Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Seal Beach

We had the perfect little Long Beach getaway in this cute cottage. The place was clean, uncluttered, and tastefully decorated. This is perfect for a couple or maybe a couple and a child. It would probably be too tight for 3 adults. The bathroom with a large shower area was a surprise. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. They even had beach chairs, which we used for both the beach and a free play a nearby park. Walking distance to coffee, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants as well as the beach. Although near a popular shopping street and located on a thoroughfare, this place is quiet and in a Peaceful and pretty neighborhood. The hosts were communicative and friendly. We look forward to staying again when visiting our son in Long Beach.

The house is great! Tons of things provided like stocked bathroom cabinet and snacks which is definitely not always the case. Excellent hosts.

I really enjoyed my weekend stay here in Belmont. The location is absolutely perfect with lots of good food and drinks around. The house was super clean and looked even better in person. Everything is in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this listing to family and friends. Thanks again for hosting me.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The house was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and incredibly spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, which made it easy to relax and truly feel at home. The only thing to be aware of is that while the house is private and separate, the host’s home is located just in front, and there is a shared door between their yard and ours. They have a dog who barked a couple of times and once came into our yard unexpectedly, which startled us. The host may want to take a closer look at securing that access. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really appreciated the cleanliness, space, and peaceful surroundings.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, comfortable and the location was perfect for us. In addition the host was extremely warm and friendly and made us feel right at home. we are looking forward to returning for the regatta next year!

This place is amazing. Fantastic house in a fantastic location. I know every place on here says it's "walking distance" to the beach or downtown or whatever the nearest attraction is, but this place is literally walking distance to the beach. Very nice, quiet neighborhood but also extremely close to 2nd street in Long Beach which has tons of great restaurants and fun nightlife you can check out so you're getting the best of both worlds. The views from the balcony and master bedroom are amazing. I'm definitely bookmarking this place for future trips. On top of all that Susan is, hands-down the best host I've ever encountered on AirBnB or VRBO. Just absolutely incredible - goes above and beyond, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, just truly wonderful.

We had such a great stay! The place is walking distance from everything. Clean. Nice porch area to hang out on. You get a designated parking spot, which makes it nice not having to worry about finding parking. Would stay here again.

Annelise’s beautiful home is the perfect place to stay while visiting Belmont Shore. Very homey, comfortable and clean. We loved enjoying the cool weather on the patio. Walkable to everything you need. Annelise responded immediately to any questions we had. We will definitely stay again! Thank you Annelise.

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

This is one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at. The place is completely updated with all the amenities. It has two good size bedrooms and a single bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Eva thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. Things like water in the fridge, coffee/creams/sugar, toiletries, hair dryer, beach towels, etc. Second street is within a couple of blocks and has a wonderful mix of restaurants and shops. The beach is also about two blocks away and is absolutely stunning. Vons is a grocery store that is also within about a 15 minute walk or we went to Trader Joes which was about a 15 minute drive. Street parking was easy and we never had a problem finding a spot. Quaint neighborhood and always felt safe walking around. Eva was always very responsive and super helpful and friendly. Highly, highly recommend!

Wessam’s home was a total gem! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice—it’s much more spacious and inviting in person. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, cozy vibe that made it easy to relax and feel at home. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Long Beach, with easy access to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. Check-in was super smooth with the smart lock, and parking in the driveway was super convenient (just make sure to pull all the way forward as noted in the instructions). Wessam was a communicative and thoughtful host, and everything was exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Long Beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was very helpful with getting us parked and settled in. Uber and Lyft was running all the time and it’s 10-15$ to uber to the venues nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will be coming back when we are planning a trip to LA for a concert.

We absolutely loved staying here! Very walkable to everything we wanted to do! The bed was comfortable, and the whole space was clean and smelled great! The host was also very wonderful. And we actually found parking right in front of the gate. We will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in Long Beach again!

Joseph and Lisa were very responsive and kind! Their home accurately represented the photos and listing. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony for the sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were in pristine condition. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and the complimentary welcome snacks and coffee machine. We will be back! :)

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean unit, and as described in the listing. Good value for a stay in Long Beach. Miguel was also a generous host - plenty of linens, towels, paper towels and bathroom tissue, in addition to pantry stocked with the necessities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

Clean place to stay if you want to stay in DTLA Cute restaurant right below that has good brunch and lunch. Place is clean and bed was comfortable House is setup with a full kitchen, so you can cook your own meals if you prefer that. Pool + hot tub area was decent. I would not suggest this as a family friendly location if you’re traveling with kids or anyone just not used to LA and the type of people in this area.

Condo was situated in a very nice location. Walkable to restaurants, Starbucks, and mall. Definitely would stay there again.
