Beach house holiday rentals in Seaside

We absolutely loved Chelsea’s place. It was perfect for our beach getaway especially with kids wanting to constantly walk back and forth from the beach to home base. The bikes were an awesome addition too. Chelsea was very responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back!

Excellent spot for a couple wanting to get away, or just someone on a solo trip like myself. The location, accessibility, and amenities provided by this listing were exceptional. The short walk to private beach access and nearby hot spots definitely served as highlights during my stay. While I did think the listing was a little pricy, I would still consider it worthwhile. Seaside is one of the most beautiful beaches on the gulf coast. Oftentimes, I encourage others to be willing to fork a little extra in order to have the best carefree experience possible. This is a place of pure relaxation. Treat yourself.

If you’re looking to walk out of your back door onto the beach this is your spot! This place was so efficient for myself and family. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, GREAT location with private beach just across the street. House had everything we needed to make dinners and an awesome golf cart to drive around in too! Bedrooms each have their own bathroom which was super convenient for our group. Host is extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Mia’ Beach House was stunning! Our week in Watercolor was peaceful and magical. The home was pristine and the amenities were more than listed. We had 5 adults, a toddler and an infant and we had MORE than enough space. We loved the screened in porch out front and used it everyday. The golf cart was a huge benefit and we went everywhere in it. We used the car only two times during the week. Our host, Joseph, was so helpful and responsive. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and hope to come back in the years to come!!

Pete and Chris’s condo was absolutely perfect! The place was immaculately clean, furnished and decorated beautifully, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was so ideal - direct access to the beach right across the street. It was the perfect location, about a mile and a half from downtown Seaside, and also an easy drive to the shopping in Rosemary Beach. Pete was amazing with communication- he was personable, accommodating, and very sweet, checking in on my stay periodically and always responding quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed overall, and can’t wait to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! So close to Seaside but not in the middle of all the crowds. We had family bike rides, rode bikes to the beach and breakfast. The golf cart was so nice to have as well. We only got in the car when we drove to Grayton Beach. We will definitely be booking again in the future. The hosts were responsive and helped us anything that came up.

Beautiful beach home and immaculately clean. Our family had an extremely enjoyable stay here. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor space so much. Lots of space to spread out as there is both a downstairs living room and an upstairs bonus room. Peter was communicative and friendly. Beach access appeared to not have much parking but we never had any issue getting a spot. We took a bike ride on the close by trails and it was wonderful. Perfect stay!

Such a beautiful home with everything you need and more! Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, charming cozy porches perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon nap or relaxing and reading. And for kids, it was so nice to have a pack-n-play, high chair, kitchen helper stool, stroller and bike buggy, as well as toys and games. One of the family favorites was the use of the golf cart and bikes - definitely a special memory for the kids and adults too! We loved taking the golf cart to the beach, to the village for dinner and to the local grocery area for ice cream. We were a family of 7 ranging from grandparents to a two year old and this was the perfect home and area for a wonderful week. Thank you Craig!

The house couldn’t have been more perfect for my sweet little family to celebrate their first week out of school and kicking off the summer fun! Christina was super quick to respond when needed- the pool was the perfect size and the beach was just an easy walk straight down the street, so thankful for the beach wagon that came with the house to tote all the things! We will most definitely be back-

I loved staying here. It was super cute, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The cottage is located in a great spot close to everything and was also private and quiet. Highly recommend.

A comfortable, cozy beach retreat in a luxurious destination! This getaway had everything we needed for a relaxing stay just minutes from the beach. Bed was comfortable and the screened-in porch was a highlight for us!

We had a wonderful first 30A stay, first time with our two corgis too. The property was absolutely stunning, great layout, we stayed upstairs in a bedroom next to the kids room where our 4year old slept - he had the best time playing pirates on the bunk bed. The downstairs master was also clean and very peaceful, the closet had dog crates ready for use, so we kept our doggies there during our outings and nights. It was such a calming space they settled right in. The property is on the end of a road, a kind of a cul de sac, so I found it more private with having another house only on one side. The community pool is less than 50ft away, and the new looking golf cart takes you to the opposite end of the community where you find your private beach access. Stunning views from the beach staircase!! We rented bikes and had brunches at nearby restaurants, Rosemary beach is such a picturesque place with great dinner options, Big Chill a cool hangout. We will be back next year!!

Overall, this house made for a terrific vacation spot for my family and me. It was easy to walk to the beach and to local restaurants. In addition, our host was terrific. We had one minor issue beyond his control, and he was proactive and went above and beyond to make things right and ensure our vacation was on track. We would absolutely recommend this house to those looking for a great 30A vacation and would happily stay again. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Great place for a family beach visit. Walkable public beach access and plenty of beach chairs and toys offered free to use! Debbie was very helpful and responsive!

This house looks exactly like the photos…did not disappoint! The place was very clean and we felt very much at home. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. You can walk to several beach access points. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book another visit!

It was a great stay! Loved having the golf cart to easily get around! The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the various balconies!
