You will visit and use a vacation home in the house in the basement. Located on the cycling path network between Brandenburg and Saxony. The apartment is located exactly between Lake Senftenberg and Lake Geierwald; these are easily reached by bike or inline skates. Approximately 50 square meters of living space, a sunbathing lawn and the forest invite you to linger. From the village you can quickly reach the cities of Senftenberg, Hoyerswerda, Cottbus, Dresden and Berlin. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. The property is located on the 4th floor of an apartment complex in a quiet side street in the center of Cottbus. The living room with large TV and adjoining balcony invites you to relax. Fast WiFi is available throughout the apartment. A soft and cozy double bed in the bedroom supports a restful sleep. The roof window can be darkened. Restaurants, bars or supermarkets can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Parking spaces are available free of charge in the surrounding area.

Unser Tiny House im Gemüsegarten ist voll ausgestattet mit Trockentoilette, Dusche und Küchenzeile. Der Wagen steht in der Mitte des Bio-Gemüsebaubetriebs "Gartenfreuden". Hier können sie den Charme des Landlebens genießen. Es gibt zwar einen eigenen Bereich zum Sitzen und entspannen, sie können sich aber auch im Baumhaus breit machen. Von hier aus erkunden sie den Spreewald mit dem Fahrrad oder die Calauer Schweiz zu Fuß. Der Bahnhof Calau befindet sich ca. 2,5km entfernt.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The site is located in a local recreation area with other vacation homes in the vicinity. In direct bypass is the F60 conveyor bridge as an impressive industrial monument. Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Perfect bed & bike between Spreewald & Dresden

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. Please understand that the pool is not part of the rental!
