The apartment is located on a sunny hillside, on the edge of the forest and impresses with its huge window front and the 25sqm sunny terrace with a unique view of valley and forests. Many hiking trails can be reached in a few minutes on foot from the KuckucksLockennest. We have lots of excursion tips for you! The center of Seebach and the bus stop can also be reached in 10-15 minutes by foot.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

On spacious 95 sqm you will find modern equipped premises which were lovingly renovated in 2020 to 2023. Thanks to the open gable, the high ceilings give the rooms a special charm. The thoughtful decorative elements which are color-coordinated with each other, round off the apartment. Designated hiking routes and mountain bike trails start right outside the front door. Popular tourist attractions such as the Mummelsee, the Hornisgrinde or the National Park Center are also nearby.
