The holiday apartment 'Haus Excelsior Top 36' is located in Seefeld in Tirol and overlooks the mountain. The 25 m² property consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living-bedroom area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Cozy attic apartment for two in the center of Seefeld, just three minutes away from the train station and bus stop. The apartment, which consists of an entryway, a bathroom, and a living area (kitchen, dining area, sofa, double bed, closet, TV), was completely renovated in 2018. NOTE: - The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator! - The underground parking space is quite tight; unfortunately, we cannot offer an alternative.

This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
