The holiday apartment 'Haus Excelsior Top 36' is located in Seefeld in Tirol and overlooks the mountain. The 25 m² property consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living-bedroom area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV; on top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. There is also a baby cot and a high chair available on request for a fee.

NOTE: - The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator! - The underground parking space is quite tight; unfortunately, we cannot offer an alternative.
