From the front door you can start directly into nature – whether hiking, ski touring, climbing or simply walking. You can also quickly reach the Bergeralm ski resort. For a relaxing break, our café with a small terrace and mountain views invites you.

Standard Plus Maximilian

Measuring 50-60 m², the standard Maximilian apartments are our smallest category with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sofa with a sleeping function and an additional lounge chair for relaxing. A cozy bedroom with box-spring bed and a spacious bathroom with walk-in rain shower complete the feel-good factor. The apartments are available in different designs and orientations (south, west or north) and are also available for single use on request.

Our fully equipped apartments offer enough space for the perfect relaxation in the Tyrolean mountains. The practically furnished apartments at the Dorf.Apart feature a kitchenette and free Wi-Fi. We have ample parking space for our guests. Breakfast is possible at an extra charge (€15.00 per person) in our village café!

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV.
