There are two separate kitchens on the 1st and 3rd floors where you can set up pleasant tables with your loved ones. The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

Air conditioning is provided with Mitsubishi air conditioner. Parking nearby by car is possible on Thursday evening, the market is set up.

Our downstairs, furnished with brand new and modern furniture, has an independent entrance and is completely private. The apartment has its own entrance. We will be happy to host you on the lower floor of our villa, the upper floor of which belongs to us.
