It's small, but it's quite enough and convenient. the location is on the side of the Urla bus station, it takes 15 minutes by walking to the art street and 5 minutes by car. Since it is a click away from the center, you do not have noise, etc. problems. ms. It is so nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood while being so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The ambiance of the attic, the pleasure of the jacuzzi was wonderful. House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

It’s a lovely, traditional house—wood floors and ceilings that we loved. We walked to see the sights and to restaurants. The place is on a steep hill, so walking back from restaurants there was a workout! We really enjoyed the place though.
