We had a great time in a charming house, located in a peaceful area, very close to the beach and shops by car. Loïc and Johanna's welcome was warm, and the house was spotless, perfectly equipped with everything you needed to feel at home. Thank you very much to them for their kindness and availability.

Very welcoming host, the accommodation offers several quality services we appreciated the heated pool, and the air conditioning in the house . The ocean is close 5 minutes by car perfect! Our 5-person stay with children for a week was perfect . We'll be back for sure

We spent a week as a family in Betty and Ivar's wonderful rental. With our three children, we had plenty of room. The garden, with the pool, was perfect for spending relaxing days. The house is in a quiet location, just 10 minutes' drive from the surf spots. Betty and Ivar were reachable at any time in case of need. For our next vacation, we will definitely come back to them.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

The apartment is small but very cozy. It's wonderful. It has everything in little space. It doesn't lack anything. The owners were very nice. Thank you for everything! We look forward to returning soon.

We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

We had a great time with Jean-Louis and his wife, the house is consistent with the photos and very pleasant to live in. The outdoor space is a real "plus", the lake and Estagnots beach are very close on foot, and there are several activities and restaurants nearby. The location is great, the apartment is very nicely decorated and practical. We can recommend the place 100%. The only downside is that it doesn't have a lockable room.

The house has the most beautiful view in the area, as you can see the lake and the sea in the background and hear the sound of the sea. Very tasteful decor and a beautiful terrace. Damian was very friendly and helpful. A perfect holiday week!

Fluid communication with Judith and clear instructions. Listing was as described. It is a very cozy and functional small house. A little extra, we were able to check out a little later than the check-out time mentioned. In short, we had a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time in the Maison du Bonheur with our two children. Stephanie is an excellent hostess, super friendly and always available. The location is absolutely perfect. Supermarket, bakery, beach, weekly market and beautiful bike paths are all within minutes of the house. We will be happy to come back.

Hans's place is ideally located in a quiet area, close to the beach and in the middle of the pine forest, in a wild and peaceful setting. The decor is very pleasant, the accommodation is functional and well arranged and the two terraces are also very pleasant. It has all the necessities to have a good stay, cook and there is a real fridge/freezer which should be very convenient in summer too. Hans is very responsive and fluid communication with him. We plan to rent again in the future maybe for a longer period and in season. We would highly recommend her place.

A great stay in a conveniently located house, just across the beach. The house is very clean, well maintained, and perfectly equipped for a family stay. The outdoor space is very convenient, with a shower to rinse off when returning from the beach and a nook to eat alfresco. Our daughter loved the books and games provided, and we were also able to enjoy the bodyboard and surfboard provided. Hosts have given us great recommendations for discovering the surroundings, always with kindness and availability. Special mention to Hugo, an exceptional surf instructor: I took classes with him, and it was a great experience. We warmly recommend this property. Thanks again for a great time.
