6 nights minimum during school holidays. I’ve recently re-opened the July/ August calendar. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare forest famous for its bolders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, less than 1 kilometre from the station and shops, and 300 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.

Independent house of 50 m2 and a large covered terrace of 50 m2 on property of 2500 m2 fully fenced, absolute calm, dead end overlooking the woods, barbecue, sandbox and tobogán for the little ones and lots of toys. Umbrella bed, sheets, blankets on request, chair riser for children's meals. Loan of an extra folding bed. Access to the Spa is €30 for the 1st day, then €20/day for the following days upon arrival, available all year round.

Close to Fontainebleau, Grand Parquet, Barbizon and just minutes from the Forêt des 3 Pignons (climbing sites, 25-bump circuit and Cul-de-Chien sands).

Le Clos des 3 Pignons is a 185 m² house carefully renovated with a charming inner courtyard, 2 terraces and a quiet garden. It is fully equipped to accommodate friends and family. 5 spacious bedrooms as well as a sofa bed can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people (max). Located 15 minutes from Fontainebleau by car, close to the first climbing areas and the 25 bumps in the forest and the Grand Parquet competition ground.
