Holiday rentals with a balcony in Seine

Nice clean apartment, clear communication!

Great place to stay if you want to me in a more French / local neighborhood and away from the Paris touristic crowds. Very easily accessible with the line 1 subway Apartment was just what we needed, clean, efficient and comfortable. Host was very kind and responsive, we had a few questions and missing items at the beginning and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again for sure!

We unfortunately had an issue during our stay but her flat is great and Maria was super proactive in her communication to help us solve the issue

Accommodation matches the description and is pleasant. The underground parking space is a plus and is not negligible in the choice of accommodation. Easy to access; clear and efficient check-in and check-out instructions. Nearby accommodation metro line 13 going directly to the center of Paris. The plus of the accommodation is the unobstructed view that allows you to admire the illuminated Eiffel Tower at night. We'll be back without hesitating.

The stay was very nice, the accommodation is great and nicely furnished. We lacked nothing. The street is a bit noisy, but you get used to it. You are in the middle of the action in Fontainebleau.

This was undoubtedly one of my best Airbnb experiences ever! It was our first time traveling to Paris with our 10 month old daughter and we had a lovely time in this beautiful home! The apartment is very tastefully decorated with a keen eye to detail and incredible collections of art.. it is spacious, has all the amenities and appliances you would need and is really well managed. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. One of the minor issues we found on our arrival was that there was no fan in the apartment , but our host went out of his way to get us a Dyson fan within hours of our arrival to ensure our baby slept well at night :) The location of the apartment is also fantastic! You can walk up to the Eiffel within minutes and you get beautiful views of it right from the bedroom and bathtub! Another highlight for me was the balcony! Spent some good time drinking coffee and wine there. Will definitely be coming back here!

This apartment was absolutely lovely. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and everything was very easily accessible. The grocery store is just a couple of blocks to walk, the metro is the same close distance. The directions of how to enter and use all the amenities very distinctly explained, and we couldn’t ask for more for an Airbnb apartment. The 19th Arr is a very cool neighborhood. It is bot directly in the crazy touristy spots, but with the metro so close, easy to go everywhere you like! Cheers.

We had a pleasant stay at Laeticia's place. It has all the necessary equipment and the toys and children's books were much appreciated. It is located in Amboise but a little out of the city center anyway (about thirty minutes walk). With young children we had to take the car.

Beautiful house and superb pool (with plenty of pool games left at your disposal: snowshoe, water gun etc.). Great for a weekend getaway for families or with friends. We were able to enjoy the barbecue as well.

⭐️Home from home⭐️ this stay was just amazing after a 3 week Europe travel it was lovely to stay in a place that felt just like HOME. this house is so comfortable and well equipped it has everything you need plus an added play room for children. this house is a HOME not a empty apartment but it's the part we loved the most. the garden is beautiful and the Host was lovely very quick at replying to messages and answered any questions we had straight away. we would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially families with young children. thank you for a lovely stay

Family Weekend in Moret sur Loing We were delighted with this beautiful accommodation full of charm. We particularly enjoyed the many kitchen amenities, the spacious rooms, the charming decoration of this rental. Many activities are nearby, especially canoeing and hiking along the Loing, not to mention the discovery of Moret. A very good address to keep or pass on.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The accommodation was clean and very pleasant. The hosts were really accommodating and responsive! We recommend!

This was our second Christmas break at Julian's place after being lucky enough to stumble upon it last minute last year. It was just as perfect as we remembered. A gorgeous space (especially the beautiful fireplace) in a beautiful little French village. There is lots of lovely countryside to roam around on your doorstep and a big town with lots to do nearby, but we spent most of our holiday relaxing by the fire. Julian is a great host. Very responsive and the apartment is easy to access and has always been perfectly clean and tidy when we arrive. Thank you for another lovely Christmas. We are already considering spending a third year in a row in Pocé-sur-Cisse so we can stay here again.
