Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Seine

We really enjoyed our stay at Clement’s place. He was extremely friendly and gave us a small tour of the apartment, explaining all the important features. He was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, which helped a lot. The apartment itself was beautiful and surrounded by nice restaurants and cafés. We would definitely recommend this place!

Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Adrien’s beautiful apartment - it was so well designed and peaceful despite being in such a busy area (which we also loved - brilliant bars and restaurants nearby). The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

The accommodation, although small, is very functional and just as charming. he is also very well positioned in Paris and Thomas is very responsive to answer questions.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Excellent friendly host and very responsive. House was as per description and pictures. We initially used Ubers to and from Disneyland which worked well but had to rent a car in the end due to unforeseen circumstances - this made life easier with travelling and would recommend this as the more ideal way to get around the area.

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

3-night stay for 6 people with friends, perfect house for our group: spacious, very well-equipped, modern, connected and very well-decorated. We loved the movie theater, the jacuzzi, and the garden to enjoy the outdoor space. Quiet, pleasant place, everything was there, especially the rain shower in the master suite, a real plus! A teleworking space that has been useful to us. Responsive and very accommodating concierge for the departure. No complaints, great stay! Thank you

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Excellent space! I went with my parents and we stayed 3 nights, the apartment is very cozy, comfortable and well distributed. Liên welcomed us very kindly and happily, explained everything about your apartment and gave us recommendations for visiting Paris. He always responded super fast to any questions. The place is located just a short walk from the historic center and train station. Laetitia and Alexandre were incredibly responsive and even offered helpful suggestions before I had the chance to ask. They recommended the best local restaurants and must-see attractions in Chartres, which made my visit really easy and enjoyable.

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!

Great apartment in Reims. Super clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. I rode my bike into the centre of town in just over 10 minutes.
