The apartment has one bedroom, guest rooms for 2 additional guests, a large bathroom with tub, guest toilet with shower, a living/dining room (with wood-burning stove) and a southwest-facing balcony. You can grill and enjoy the sun on the large southeast-facing terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.

The bathroom has a spacious rain showers. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine, stove and dishwasher. The living room with smart TV and Wi-Fi invites you to relax. Public parking is right by the property. Hiking trails, regional train station and shopping in Wissen are within walking distance.

Feel free to bring your dog and/or horse. The open stable is next door.
