The little house on the river is a charming two-room apartment of recent construction where the warmth of wood typical of a mountain lodge is mixed with the modern. Finely furnished, it is equipped with all comforts. Its location is strategic... far from the traffic but very close to the center of Bormio... The view is spectacular and ranges from Monte Vallecetta to the top of Tresero. You will have a large garden equipped for your outdoor lunches or for your relaxation with a view!

The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).
