Very nice view, nice private pool and relaxing surroundings (the beach very close to the apartment) and easy to park. For the apartment, identical to the photos: clean, equipped, various beds, very nice balcony, correct size for 4 people! And bonus point for the presence of the air conditioning (easy to turn on)! We really enjoyed our stay! And we won't hesitate to come back!

The place is as described and very clean! In addition, the host was always very responsive and pleasant. I had to change my stay at the last minute and it was accepted without any problems. I appreciate it again!

Perfect stay! Béatrice is an available host, very pleasant, accommodating if needed and really invested in the well-being of her guests. Small touches were available in the accommodation which was really very clean, with comfortable bedding. Everything is thought of, convenient, and well decorated. All for a very good price. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

Very satisfied with my stay at Catherine and Clara's on all levels. Clean, tidy, well-decorated accommodation and linen, and a favorite for the veranda part. Very quiet accommodation, I felt like I was in the countryside even though it is in an urban area. No complaints. I highly recommend and will return without hesitation!

We would recommend this listing. We were 3 adults and a child and we didn't feel cramped. However, we believe that for 4 adults it can be narrow at the sofa bed. The accommodation was very clean, there was everything you needed for the beach as well as basic amenities. Melanie is very friendly, attentive and understanding. We had a very good stay and the location was very good (restaurants, bakery, close to the canals, shops and halls of Sète). To park, depending on the hours it can be difficult to find a place near the accommodation (on weekends) but we have still always been able to park quite close (paid parking). Thank you for this beautiful stay and we hope to see you soon!

Welcome by Mélanie, very pleasant and smiling. Apartment very well located, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional amenities. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

Duplex apartment not very large but really very well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything is well thought out even for babies. The covered terrace was well appreciated as there was a lot of wind. In May it was quiet but probably noisier in the summer with the pool and aqualand. Beach and many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Very welcoming host, the place is perfect for a family time, lots of activities offered for children, our 18-month-old daughters loved it. Clean and functional accommodation. Jacuzzi and pool at the top. We'll be back. 😁

The accommodation is extremely pleasant and comfortable. The house is spacious, in a very quiet environment. All the equipment is new and modern, and the bedding is very comfortable. On this hot weekend, we particularly appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. The owners are available, attentive, very responsive and accommodating. Thank you again! Lidewij was an amazing host, very responsive and friendly. The house and surroundings were spectacular and we couldn’t have asked for more from our holiday. It worked perfectly for two families with children aged 6-9. Loads of space, the pool was fantastic and the animals provided a lot of entertainment. A very relaxing space for adults in a beautiful setting. Thanks again for a fabulous holiday.

I would highly recommend staying with Gaëlle and her spouse because I had a great stay. Not only was everything as advertised: the accommodation is clean, tidy, very peaceful and pleasant; but on top of that, they were both extremely friendly, kind and considerate. I can only advise you to go there if you want a relaxing and rejuvenating environment and for my part, I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises again!

We were 8 people and it has enough room for everyone. Everything was perfectly furnished and available. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The small pools are great, but could be a little warmer in October.
