Holiday rentals with a pool in Serra de Tramuntana

This is an amazing place to stay. It is set up in the mountains with magnificent views. The house was very beautiful and comfortable with a great pool. There is plenty of seating to lounge around and enjoy the sun and sunsets with a drink in the evening. The projector screen was a nice change from the usual TV. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. There is a great local bakery in the village. Neshat was a very kind host and very easy to communicate with.

Chris was a great host and made our entire experience seamless. He was quick to respond to questions and solve any hiccups we had during our stay. The place itself was quiet and well suited for a week in Mallorca. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoyed dining on the 3rd floor terrace. Chris’s place is centrally located which made it ideal for day trips around the island. It was especially easy to get into Palma, which is only 25 minutes away. Parking could prove challenging for guests used to driving North American roads. However, Chris provided a great list of alternative parking spaces within a short distance of the Airbnb. We found other spaces nearby which made parking even easier during our stay. Overall Chris’s place in Lloseta was thoughtfully put together and made our time in Mallorca memorable. Hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay ! Magnificent views and great space. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and open spaces. Very well equipped home with everything needed for an unforgettable stay. Ideal Location only a short walk to the center of Sollier! Highly recommended.

Ik heb met 6 vriendinnen genoten van het huis van Jaime! Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen; heel ruim, drie badkamers, alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en een geweldige tuin met zwembad! De bouwwerkzaamheden tegenover het huis waren vooraf door Jaime gecommuniceerd. De school ernaast was dagelijks bezig met voorbereidingen voor een (zang)show, dit ging bijna de hele dag door. Maar heel vaak waren we toch niet thuis. Het wijkje Santa Catalina vonden we leuk voor gezellige terrasjes en nog wat verder richting het centrum, in de wijk Jaime III nog veel meer leuke restaurantjes. Tip voor het parkeren; neem niet een te grote huurauto het is wat krap allemaal met (achteruit) inparkeren 😉

Super schöner Innen- sowie Außenraum. Sehr sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz vorhanden. Kleiner Supermarkt in Laufdistanz, alles andere per Auto erreichbar. Etwas außerhalb somit ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert bzw. Notwendig.

We recently stayed in Villa Can Bari as a family of 5 (parents with adult children) , the place was absolutely perfect for us with plenty of room to spread ourselves around and have time out on our own if we liked . The villa exceeded expectation and from the moment we walked in we felt very settled . It has lots of useful equipment that you don't necessary always get with a rental - plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery, beach towels, insect plugins , board games etc and the villa was very clean . What really stood out was the location and outside space - the view is absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed relaxing and sitting out both in the day watching all the activity on the water and in the harbour and at night when all the restaurants, houses and villas across the bay are lit up - quite magical! Port de Soller is a really beautiful place to visit, with some lovely beaches, excellent choice of restaurants and the charming tram to hop onto to go to Soller and then onto Palma

This was one of the most tranquil, beautiful and scenic stays I've ever had. Tomeu is an utter gentle-man: kind, patient, helpful, responsive. The unit on his and Joana's property is simply adorable, with a nice size bathroom (and great shower!) and kitchen (vs the common tiny bathrooms & kitchens in many small Spanish pisos & casitas). The bed is firm which I love. Slept like a baby every night. The neighborhood, nestled in the Tramuntana mountains, is stunning and so quiet but for the sounds of birds and a far-off rooster in the morning. I would definately stay again (esp now that I know how to work the front door, which takes a bit of finesse).

I wish there were 6 stars for such places. Son Salvanet is full of grace, beauty and tranquility, and also the perfect base for forays into Valdemossa and the Tramontana. Casa Mimosa is simple yet has everything one needs. ‘Tread softly for you tread upon … dreams’! PS we are (older) hikers but we managed fine getting bus in to V and walking to SS, but taxi back from SS to Palma, and otherwise on foot or bus plus foot around the area. I say this for people who might like to minimise extra cars in Majorca…

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht! Besonders gefallen hat uns die private Terrasse auf der 2. Etage sowie der Zugang zum Meer. Hier auf den Felsen lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und man kann sich sonnen und picknicken. Die Bäder sind sehr neu und super schön! Die Möbel im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind zwar nicht super modern, aber trotzdem sauber und gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ha sido una experiencia increíble! Nos sentimos como en casa. La limpieza, decoración y amenities han sido una maravilla nos hicieron sentir desde el minuto uno. Lamentamos no poder quedarnos más tiempo, pero sin duda volveremos. Mallorca en nuestra ciudad favorita y hoy Carlotta House pasó a ser nuestra alojamiento preferido. Además del alojamiento, la atención y el cariño entregados, fenomenal. Y Carlotta House, realmente maravillosa Mucho más que una recomendación

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

La maison de Ralf était géniale! Encore plus jolie que sur les photos! Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine très agréable. La literie est super confortable! Le cadre est très calme. Ralf nous a aidé pour tout ce dont on avait besoin, c’est un hôte extrêmement gentil et serviable, on a aussi aimé discuté avec lui! Nous recommandons à tous les voyageurs!

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Schöne Wohnung und die Lage und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer traumhaft! Kommen gerne wieder!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

If you're tired of the hustle and bustle of the big city, then these apartments are just for you.Every morning, you'll wake up to the sound of birds singing and the gentle murmur of the sea.If you're in the mood for a delicious and affordable dinner with a stunning sea view, just walk about 100 meters down the street and you'll find a cozy little restaurant. Just make sure to reserve a table in advance, as it's always quite busy.If you face the sea with the restaurant behind you, you can follow the path to the right and head down to a rocky beach where you can swim in the sea.The sea is always calm in the morning, so you can enjoy a refreshing swim before breakfast.The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation — in fact, I’d even say I’m not sure what it doesn’t have! :)The nearest sandy beach, Cala Pi, is just a 10-minute drive away. We preferred swimming and sunbathing on the wild rocky beaches. Thank you, Cris! We will definitely come back here again!

Geweldige ruime woning op een mooie locatie met genoeg ruimte, zowel binnen als buiten. Ook is de locatie perfect om de belangrijkste delen van het eiland te bezoeken. Binnen een half uur ben je in Palma en binnen 20 minuten bij mooie stranden en leuke dorpjes. In het huis zijn alle voorzieningen aanwezig en de bedden en badkamers zijn schoon. Ook is er meer dan voldoende opbergruimte in de slaapkamers. Buiten zijn er meerdere zitjes waar je in de zon of schaduw kan zitten. Ook is het zwembad dicht bij het huis, dat is gezellig en fijn als de kinderen aan het zwemmen zijn. Een paar kleine dingen die we liever anders hadden gezien. Er zijn alleen ensuite badkamers, wat minder fijn is omdat anderen door je slaapkamer moeten om te douchen. Ook zijn er buiten 6 ligstoelen terwijl het huis geschikt is voor 7 personen. Als laatste denk ik dat het huis geschikt is voor maximaal 4 volwassenen (+ 3 kinderen). Het stapelbed en single bed zijn niet praktisch voor volwassenen. Verder prima!

Hele fijne 2 weken hebben wij (gezin met 6) gehad in Finca Son Morla in Porreres. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de tuin is prachtig en vol met vele vogeltjes. Het zwembad was jammer genoeg echt veel te koud om lekker te kunnen zwemmen. Het contact met Francisca verliep heel prettig. Wij voelden ons enorm welkom en ze staat meteen voor je klaar als je een vraag hebt. Het is noodzakelijk om een vervoermiddel te huren omdat je echt achteraf verblijft, maar vanuit Porreres kun je het eiland heel goed ontdekken. Wij hebben genoten, dank je wel!

Ein wirklich wunderschöner, entspannter Ort! Es war sehr sauber und absolut praktisch ausgestattet, mitten in der Natur. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

overall amazing stay! The villa is beautiful and very spacious. The only think I would say is the location is a little hard to get around from if you don’t have a car, but there are taxis available nearby.

Ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem sich jeder direkt wohl gefühlt hat. Alles wie beschrieben bzw. noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren zu zweit im Haus ab 24.11-04.12. Was uns sehr gafallen hat- milde Wetterverhältnisse für diese Jahreszeit. Wir könnten im Pool baden, also für die sportlichen Person überhaupt kein Problem. Auch das Meer war warm genug- etwa 18 Grad. Wir haben gebadet. Ich empfehle die Strände in Sa rapita, Cala d' Or, Cala Millor. Der grösste Vorteil dieser Unterkunft ist die zentrale Insellage, woher man die allen Orte in maximum 35-45 minuten erreichen kann. Ein Mietwagen ist natürlich ein Pflicht. Man darf direkt im Haushof parken. Der Hausbesitzer Antonio wohnt in der Nähe und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus selbst mit zwei Schlafzimmern in Obergeschoss, mit großem Balkon, 2 WC's, einer großen Duschezeile, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Essmöglichkeit vor dem Pool, sauberem Grillplatz ist perfekt für einen privaten Urlaub geeignet. Hoch empfehlenswert! Danke Mallorca!

The stay was great overall. The house was clean and had everything that was needed. Communication with interhome was good. The actual contact person however was not too friendly and could have communicated a little better. Nevertheless, I would book this place again

Nette Stadtwohnung in zentraler Lage von Santanyi. Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Man ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt und in 10-15 Minuten an vielen schönen Stränden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und Supermärkte sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Da wir oft selbst gekocht haben, war das für uns super. Die Vermieter waren gut erreichbar und Check-In/Out waren sehr unkompliziert.
