You will stay on the ground floor of my villa, a 3-minute walk from the sea, consisting of two separate apartments. *You will not share all outdoor spaces with other guests*. The apartment has a large outdoor space with a dining table, sofas and deckchairs, and private parking. The villa is located in one of the most picturesque areas of Scopello, 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Cala Mazzo di Sciacca, and is surrounded by a large tree-lined garden and a picturesque sea view

Tiny House with pool between mountains and sea

Our newly built vacation home "Casa Via dell'Acqua" (year 2023), is located on the edge of a small valley with ample space in the middle of nature among olive trees and citrus trees typical of Sicily. It is about 3 km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the mountains of the "Pizzo Cane" nature reserve (you can hike) and you can glimpse the sea. Next to the house is another vacation home of my mother's ideal for +4 people.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
