On the first floor of Palazzo Guccia, Guccia Home has been renovated to ensure guests privacy and comfort. It is located a short distance from the Cathedral and the major points of interest. The heart of Guccia Home is its Hammam, the steam bath shower and the Whirlpool and Airpool tub ensure relaxation and well-being. The bedroom is spacious and welcoming. Our newly built vacation home "Casa Via dell'Acqua" (year 2023), is located on the edge of a small valley with ample space in the middle of nature among olive trees and citrus trees typical of Sicily. It is about 3 km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the mountains of the "Pizzo Cane" nature reserve (you can hike) and you can glimpse the sea. Next to the house is another vacation home of my mother's ideal for +4 people.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

On foot or by free shuttle, you can reach the square of the village of Mondello.
