This house is in a superb location, it's walking distance from everywhere and around the corner from the Arno and the beautiful bridge. It is also a step away from a lively piazza - a delight to come back to at the end of every day. The place is compact but charming and the amenities are everything that one may need. Alberto was super proactive and clear in communication. Great stay!

Alessio’s apartment was perfect for two couples wanting en suite bathrooms close to Florence’s train station. Yet, the apartment is quiet and peaceful, and a short walk to many sights.

Great apartment, very comfortable and clean. Steps away from Santa Croce and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Host was very flexible and helpful. Highly recommend!

Gianca shared very detailed and pictured instruction related to house and checkin. You can also find same details after your booking on your reservation info. So she is well organized. House was very clean, she puts everything you may need included coffee and coffee machine. Also the house is more than enough if you are visitor who will explore Florence. And the best part was location. You can reach everything by walk and you can find something to eat and drink even in the midnight. If I come again, I would prefer no doubt. Thanks Gianca!

My parents stayed at Franco’s for the second time and loved it again. Franco gave great recommendations for the area and events that were taking place at the time. Massimo was wonderful. My husband and I booked the air bnb last minute and Massimo was right there with us, helping us plan and figure things out for our short stay in Florence. He always responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very flexible. It made things so easy. But now, let me tell you about the apartment and the location. The apartment is welcoming and beautiful. It is also spacious, which is unusual for Italian apartments. Plus, the location is A+++++ . You could not find a better location. It is very close to the Duomo and only about a ten minute walk from the train station. The apartment is easily accessible to everything. It is located on the fifth floor, so it is quiet and comfortable in the apartment. Massimo's place really feels like a home away from home. I recommend it highly. On your next visit to Florence--if you see the apartment on air bnb, grab it quickly. You will love it.

Great location right in the heart of Florence - steps from the Duomo and a 10 minute walk to everything else. Very walkable to the train station. It was so nice to have a place to come and go easily in between all of our activities. The space was comfortable for our family of 4. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms and the washer/dryer. It was the perfect 'home base' for us during a long stay.

We had a great time in the apartment and in Florence ! The apartment was amazing and everything we needed for our comfortable stay. We will be back :) host was great, helpful and kind.

Great location and in the middle of everything!

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

Wie auch die anderen Gäste waren wir rundum zufrieden und wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Es ist eine ganz wundervolle Familie. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man zum gut leben und für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen und uns total wohl gefühlt. Francesco ist ein sehr charmanter, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, mit dem wir nette Gespräche hatten. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir die Fürsorge für Kinder. Unser Kind liebte die bereit gestellten Spielzeuge, den grossen Garten und die Katzen. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We'll save all of our exploring for next time! Thank you Sylvia and Julio for a magic vacation.

We stayed at Elisa’s place for a week and were very happy with our experience. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While it wasn’t luxurious, it was peaceful, practical, and exactly what we were looking for. The location is beautiful and quiet — perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the crowds. We were traveling as a family with our 11-month-old baby, and the house was very suitable for that. Communication with Elisa was generally smooth, though responses could sometimes have been a bit quicker. The only minor downside was the internet connection, which wasn’t always stable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back in the future. Thank you, Elisa!

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

Caterina was a wonderful host. She met us at the condo and her love of her city was obvious upon meeting her. The location of the condo is incredible, just steps to the Piazza della Signoria and a short walk to the Piazza del Duomo. Super easy to access everything Florence has to offer. The condo was very clean and spacious with modern amenities in a historic building. Though in the middle of everything, it was very quiet inside. We’d definitely come visit again for our next Florence trip. Thanks Caterina!

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!
