Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sgourou

We used the apartment for an overnight stay in between flights. The apartment is walkable from the airport, which was a big plus. The apartment was sparkling clean, well equipped, spacious and felt homy, and the hosts are responsive and friendly. Walking back to the airport in the morning, we stopped by the tiny local baker and bought pastries, which we later had with coffee at the airport ;-) Note that there is a steep stairway leading from the main room to the bedroom - make sure you are comfortable going up and down in the middle of the night, if you need to go to the restrooms.

The Airbnb was amazing me and my friends went to Rhodes for a fun trip and we all enjoyed the Airbnb. The villa was nicely decorated with the interior being comfortable and the area being nice and peaceful with very convenient restaurants nearby and stores with the beach being super close. The pool was extremely nice and all of us enjoyed the pool the most. Svetlana was super helpful giving us recommendations and being helpful with any questions that I had also being super flexible with a later checkout. Thank you so much we had so much fun.

Beautiful villa, bright and spacious, surrounded by a beautiful garden. We immediately feel at home there, especially since it is well surrounded and private. The pool is very beautiful, and we particularly appreciated the opportunity to heat it, for our young children, as it is still cool in early May. The water was at 30 degrees, a treat! We even thought about games for the kids. Jenny is a lovely host. She welcomed us with a basket of fruit and wine, and has always been very responsive. The villa has all the amenities you can dream of. The area is very beautiful, and deserves to be discovered by car. We were also able to leave the house later, as our flight was in the evening, which we enjoyed. In short, nothing to say but happiness!

We stayed at Old Nest House for our honeymoon and couldn't recommend it more. George and Maria were fantastic helpful hosts who were in contact leading up to the visit and during (checking in following an earthquake) Also Christina, who was there to welcome us, was extremely helpful, showed us around the villa and to the village. The villa was gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. It was private but close enough to the village if we needed anything. Salakos is a beautiful village with some fantastic restaurants and the friendliest people. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Kostas' place. Kostas and his family were very welcoming and friendly so that we felt at home straight away. Kostas gave us lots of useful infos about places to visit, restaurants etc. The house is beautifully decorated with craft items and old family pictures which gives it a nice authentic retro feeling. The terrace at the back of the house provides a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside. Just behind the house there is a nice village taverna which serves excellent food. All in all the location is ideal to explore the beautiful island of Rhodes. It takes about 30 min by car to reach the walls of the old city of Rhodes. Should we travel to Rhodes again, we would look no further!

The home is beautifully designed with exceptional attention to detail throughout. It's a wonderful place for families with children—spacious, comfortable, and very kid-friendly. Just a small note of clarification regarding the "breakfast included"—it refers to a selection of groceries stocked in the fridge upon arrival, rather than a fresh daily breakfast. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to return!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious and had everything we needed, the garden was really lovely and the pool was suberb. The house is in quiet area, we loved the surrpundings but bare in mind a car is needed to visit the shops and restaurants. Maria and George were really friendly hosts 🙂

I have traveled many places, rented over 30 airbnbs. I felt like I was in a medieval dream here and it’s my favorite place so far. You’re inside one of the oldest old towns surrounded by ancient beauty. The hosts were beyond helpful and sweet. Literally a few meters away there’s a lovely bar with a man named Mike with so much history. I recommend getting lost in the alleyways and finding amazing little stores and restaurant 6/5 recommend!

Kostas proactively contacted us before we arrived and welcomed us with a self-check-in video on arrival. He had organized water, a few beers and some fruit for us in the fridge. We were "very" grateful to him for this as we arrived late. He had also organized different types of coffee for us. The apartment was very clean and everything was exactly as in the photos. You immediately felt at home. The location of the apartment is really good, as you can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, as well as to the old town. Just around the corner there is a supermarket, pharmacy, coiffeur salon (lui e lei / ladies) and Danis Hair Salon (men). There is also a nail salon for manicures and pedicures (nails & shine, approx. 8 min). There is also a coffee shop and an Adidas store. Really great! Just perfect! We love Kostas & Greece :) Ps. It was a wonderful stay. Katie and Helen were very hospitable and brought us water and juice in the first days when we had not yet rented scooters. We also got good tips from both about scooter rental and hotel transfer. Fresh towels and linens were offered, and the apartment was also very clean when we arrived. The view from the balcony is magnificent, and you can reach the beach in less than a minute. Thanks for the great stay!

Fantastic location, quiet yet close enough to the nice town of Faliraki. Everything you need is walking distance. Boat dock is outside your doorstep to take you on lovely day trips :)

Such a charming little hotel!! The unit we were in was different than the listing because they allowed us to check-in early, but we were certainly not disappointed!! The units have so much character and are walkable to so much in Old Town

Absolutely magical apartment in the medieval Rhodes Old Town. This a truly gorgeous renovated apartment just steps from the heart of Old Town. The apartment has a beautiful large patio space with ample room. Adam was very easy to communicate with. Things to note: the kitchen is definitely small and there is only one bathroom, on the smaller side. But we had 5 people and it was doable. Book this apartment, you won’t regret it!

Katerina was the perfect host! She made sure we were settled in and left us a bottle of wine on arrival, as well as sharing homemade moussaka and grapes from her garden. We only ever had to share the pool with a small family and the garden felt very private and peaceful. We were very pleased with how close the beach was (30 second walk) and there were lots of supermarkets and places to eat nearby.

We loved this stay. It was in a quiet location. There were several good restaurants a short distance away. Everything matched the pictures. The swimming pool is very clean and wonderful to cool off. The owners are very nice and can give plenty of tips. There was also a delicious lunch and snacks. The cat Leo came by every day. Because the house is made of stone, it remained wonderfully cool inside despite 25-30 degrees outside. You do need a car to get around easily. We can recommend this stay to everyone! Who knows, we might come back.

If you are looking for a unique location, I highly recommend booking this beautiful home provided by Moschoula and her wonderful family. It's a hidden gem; where you can relax, swim, barbecue, have your own privacy and it is extremely accessible to visit the wonderful sites in Rhodes. Moschoula's hospitality went beyond and more! Thank you once again for all your kindness. We were extremely grateful with our exchange and we hope that we will have the possibility to come back to Greece one day. A home away from home. Magic!! First trip with the whole family including a 10 month old. The villa was perfect, large bedrooms with great views and each with an in suite bathroom. Living area and kitchen was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was great and used everyday from a quick dip to cool off or the evening sat outside to having something to eat before heading out. Lindos was only a 5 min drive or 30ish min walk (done early morning before it got to hot). Lindos was super and kept us occupied for the week we stayed. The Host and team were great, highly responsive and even allowed a slightly later checkout on the last day. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place for 6 of us - loads of room. Right in the heart of old town - location couldn’t be better. Ioannis and his team really looked after us - special mention to Ilias who organised our transfers, and responded with an assuring calmness even when we rearranged at the very last minute when we thought we might miss our flight (our mistake). A special place to make memories. Thankyou!

Marylin's place was amazing, and the little town was one of our best finds in Rhodes. Amazing people, amazing food, beautiful little streets where to get "lost." We traveled with four adults and a 5-year-old, and it was fantastic for all of us. Marylin was an outstanding host and extremely helpful and responsive over text. We were there 5 days but you could definitely stay longer in Rhodes.

This is the best airbnb we ever stayed. Yiannis was very responsive, kind and very helpful on every aspect. The villa is nicely decorated, spacious and in a peaceful and quiet surroundings and yet you can walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. We had a bbq at the villa the last night and Chrysa was kind enough to make us a delicious cake to say farewell. We are sad to leave but will definitely go back again.

An absolutely beautiful villa. Came here for 5 days and had an amazing time! The host, Michaela, was superb from start to finish and was always at hand to give us the help we needed throughout the stay. Any questions we had were answered very quickly before our stay and also during! The large open space at the front was amazing with a large pool! The villa inside is really nice and modern. I can definitely say I will stay here again and cannot recommend the villa enough! 10/10 stay!

This villa was even better than the photos. The house was amazing and the outside space was incredible. Pool was amazing, great temperature, pickleball court was great fun. There was even an outdoor TV with shaded seating, this was perfect for us to watch some football. The pool house has a fridge which was a lovely touch. All bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a great standard. We were treated like family and the villa felt like our amazing home the holiday.
