House holiday rentals in Sgourou

Not sure my review will do justice to how fantastic ‘My Green Eden’ and our hosts were. Maria was responsive and helpful from the get-go, making it easy to book for 14 of us. When we arrived we were welcomed by Maria’s father Michael who showed us round the property providing lots of helpful info! The property itself is stunning with amazing views, privacy and amenities. The outside area is particularly beautiful. The rooms are all furnished immaculately and we didn’t want for anything more! Our hosts really made it special, we came on Easter weekend which meant many shops were shut. Maria’s family so kindly went to the supermarket for us as we were arriving late, offered to drive us round if no taxis and even let us stay until our night time flight. They went above and beyond for us in every way. We would’ve been so happy with the villa but they made the weekend for us extra special - we cannot thank them enough! Couldn’t recommend this place more, would 100% stay again - thank you!

From start to finish, the holiday we had in this villa was a great experience. Not only was the villa in beautiful condition on arrival, we also had a homemade cake ready for us as soon as we got there. Any queries we had were immediately met with great service and help from the owner, and the Villa matched the pictures to the tea. I’d like to personally thank Christina for the best holiday we could’ve ever hoped for, and wonderful memories made through every step of the experience. From abundance of facilities and leisure activities, I felt not only in awe of the property but a welcome guest. Would recommend this to anyone.

The place was great and we had a fantastic time, but we weren't informed that someone else would be living in the same building directly above us. We had the first floor of the house, while another guest occupied the second and third floors, which felt a bit unexpected. It would’ve been helpful to know this in advance. Although each unit had its own separate entrance accessible only from outside it still felt a little unusual. That said the outdoor areas were excellent and the pool was really nice.

Great location, restaurants, shopping, and bars inside the walls of Old Rhodes. Had a great vacation with friends and family. We made breakfast every morning, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Upon arrival there was wine in the frig. It was the perfect for us!!!

Such a beautiful villa within walking distance to the old town! It was roughly 20-30 minutes to walk into the old town (this was with a disabled guest who couldn’t walk too fast). Nearby, there are some mini markets and also a swedish bakery! There is also a bus stop just across the road to get to Lindos (massively recommend visiting). Michail was very kind, communicative, and a fabulous host! He helped us with a late check-out which saved us a huge amount of trouble! The villa is on a main road so the traffic can be very loud, even at night, but for us this wasn’t a dealbreaker. The kitchen is great and well equipped. The bathroom is a little unusual where both bathrooms are in the same room, just separated by a glass door. This was easily overcome by just agreeing to always use the furthest away shower so that people could still use the toilet in the first part of the room. Not really an issue - just to be aware! Overall, a BEAUTIFUL villa and I fully recommend to anyone!

When we arrived at the apartment it was exactly as described, the amenities were perfect and had everything needed for a self catering experience. The location was within a short driving distance of anywhere we needed to go, we rented a car which was easy through the host. Both of the hosts were very attentive and made the experience, they also let us go to their local hotel to spend the afternoon before our flight to use the facilities.

A true gem with a beautiful view. If you're looking to escape the stress of everyday life, this is the perfect place. The accommodation is set in a beautiful location, close to gorgeous beaches and charming small towns. We had a rental car, which made getting around very easy and convenient. A special mention goes to our host, Antonia. Rarely have we encountered such a kind, attentive, and welcoming host. She truly went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you, Antonia! One small note: the area has quite a few animals, especially stray cats. However, they are completely harmless and won't bother you at all if you simply ignore them and avoid feeding them. If you want to experience the real Rhodes, this is absolutely the place to stay. The 5 Star rating is more than deserved.

The host was very friendly giving us local recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The accommodation was in a perfect location in a quiet area between Faliraki beach (20 min drive) and Rhodes Old town (12 min), with easy access to the main road that takes you from Old Town to Faliraki then also to Lindos. There is also a small supermarket nearby, a 5 minute walk away. The host also helped us rent a car and with airport transport. Very polite and generous host! Would stay here again

My friends and I had the perfect experience. From the moment that we arrived, Fotis walked us to the airbnb and gave us a tour of surrounding areas. He was very friendly. Moreover, he was very quick to reply to pir queries and gave us the best recommendations. The airbnb itself was immaculate; spacious, clean, aesthetically pleasing, with useful amenities. What stood out most is the location, which is a necessity for rhodes, as the outskirts of the old town make it difficult to capture rhodes’ beauty. This was the perfect trip, i 100% recommend. Mixalis is a wonderful host. Friendly, accommodating and very responsive to our questions. He organised pickup from the airport and drop off to the ferry terminal. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Rhodes and would hope stay again if we get back. Thank Mixalis.

We arrived at the house easily thanks to the landlord who sent photos and exact location, the key is in a place with the code, the house was simply stunning, spacious, beautiful, new, clean, full of storage spaces in the rooms, shower and toilet for each room, large and clean and cozy with a great shower, full of towels and soaps, excellent beds and rooms with her exit to the gorgeous and huge balcony, hot tub, barbecue area, seating, poufs outside, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, we had just perfect, the owner of the apartment is available and cleaned for us the cozzy in the middle of the stay because it was dirty, brought us things that I asked for that were missing, I just have no words, we enjoyed every second, and everything that was written on the site we got!!! Thanks a lot for a perfect 8 days❤️

We loved our stay in Mythic Spa Villa. The location in the Old Town was incredible. It felt like we were living in history amongst all the stone buildings and cobbled streets. The house itself was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The courtyard was a lovely, quiet and peaceful place to enjoy coffee in the morning and to chill out with a book in the afternoon. We loved Anna, she clearly takes great pride in her house and in being a fantastic host.

A very friendly landlord who is always attentive to the satisfaction of his guests. From easy communication to getting there to tips for restaurants, everything was there. Everything was perfect !

We had an amazing stay at Ioannis’ place! The house was very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Rhodes, and the host was very accommodating and responsive. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the flexibility to check out a bit later. Wonderful, very clean and well equipped apartment, even bigger than it looks in the photos. The layout is great, you feel right at home. Kiriakos' father gave me a very friendly welcome on arrival and explained everything and Kiriakos was always easy to contact. The location of the apartment in a small side street is perfect, I would come back anytime! Thank you very much for this great stay!

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Rhodian Villa. We really couldn’t fault it. It was perfect for our family- comfortable and clean. Our host was brilliant. Always on hand to answer questions and even booked us a minibus transfer from the airport. Where the villa is in Kremasti is a bit out of the way but you can walk to the beach and restaurants easily. You need to then go by car or bus to other areas with more going on.

Perfect stay. Quiet area. Fully equipped house. Shutters on the windows everywhere. We stayed for a week and the towels were replaced halfway. There are regular bath towels and also towels for poolside or to take to the beach. Good and proactive communication. Small supermarket and bakery nearby that are practically always open.

Big, clean place where several people can comfortably live, the pool and the terrace are ideal for relaxing in the evening. 15 minutes with car from the airport, roughly 20-30 minutes by car distance to several great beaches.

We loved our stay here. Across the road from the beach with great views. A short walk to restaurants and general stores and also walkable to the city if your up for it, otherwise 5 euro for a taxi. The home was spotlessly clean with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in Rhodes! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. 😃

Wonderful {host, communication, location}!! Totally recommended!

We felt very comfortable in the quiet apartment, which is located in a residential area. It had everything you needed: a large balcony, two air conditioners, a kitchen with plenty of accessories, a hairdryer and an iron, beach towels, regular towels etc. Above all, we felt immediately welcomed thanks to the warm reception with fruits, bread, jam and eggs. We arrived earlier than usual and the host went out of her way to accommodate us. The city beach is a 20-minute walk away, but it's worth taking a 10-minute scooter ride to the coves. The old town is a 30-minute walk. Small, local supermarket 5-minutes walk. Great restaurant recommendations from the host. We would definitely recommend staying in Maria’s apartment!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Kalliopi’s home. Believe it or not the house was even more beautiful in person! Kalliopi was a great host, very attentive, clear instructions and she left very nice little gifts to welcome us. Check in was super easy, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Rhodes!
