This place was stunning. It greatly exceeded our expectations and served as a great base camp while we explored Edinburgh. It’s a five minute walk from tram/bus stations, which makes it extremely convenient, but even still we found ourselves doing the 1.5 mile walk into town quite a few times as it was very doable.

Lindsay's place was perfect for us in so many ways. It was just a few minutes walk to buses, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We could walk to the Royal Mile nicely as well. The flat itself was so very cute and cozy. We had everything we needed. The bedding was very comfortable which was a nice bonus. We would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you Lindsay!!!

Lovely, clean home in a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We walked to Old Town everyday in about 20 minutes. Val is a friendly and responsive host. It was a great home base for our adventures in Edinburgh and Scotland. Highly recommended!

The host was so easy to talk to and even allowed us to check in early. The place is gorgeous, and everything feels brand new. The bed is so comfortable, and the toilet and kitchen are squeaky clean. There are many bus stops near the place as well, which is very handy whenever we want to go somewhere. The only con I could think of was the noise since the apartment is in front of the main road, but nevertheless, everything was outstanding.

We loved the cottage. It was lovely and cozy. it is perfect for a family of 4. The only thing we found a little strange was there was no plugs in the bathroom and some of the outlets for electricity did not work in the hallway. other than that it was perfect.

Property is exactly as it is in the picture. Cozy and comfortable property and cherry on the top is the host Marium. She has been so helpful and kind enough to us when we requested to check out at 11am. Definitely recommend and would love to come and stay.

I stayed here twice for work, and it was exactly what I needed. Great location, easy and walkable to transit, parks, and the canal for runs. Fiona was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering valuable tips for the area and even running routes. I would stay here again happily.

Perfect place to experience all Edinburgh has to offer. One minute walk to a bus stop with easy access anywhere, but the apartment felt private and quiet. Great neighborhood with a variety of pubs, restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Comfortable beds, kitchen with all you need to cook, laundry in the flat, and spotless modern bathroom. Would defiantly stay here again.

Sublime apartment in a super beautiful area. Well located. Welcoming host who made it easy to check in. We would highly recommend.

This was the perfect location for visiting Edinburgh!!!!! We were able to explore and drop back to the apartment to grab whatever we needed when we wanted. No need to lug things with you for the day. In 5min we were back “home” to drop things off, pick things up and off to explore again. For being just over a 5min walk from all the major sights, it was very quiet and comfortable. I’d highly recommend Lynn’s place and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we come back.

Maureen was helpful even before we traveled, with helpful advice on getting around and to and from the airport and train station. When we walked into the flat we were surprised with fresh flowers in the dinette and bathroom as well as fresh fruit, tea & coffee & milk. We arrived in Edinburgh hours before check-in and Maureen met us to work out where we could leave our luggage so we could enjoy some time in the city without lugging it around! SUPERHOST for sure.

This is a small flat that is completely updated. The host is PHENOMENAL! Genuinely concerned about your stay and tries to make everything convenient and pleasant. We stayed here with our daughter and her boyfriend. Apartment is extremely well appointed! Only downsides are the space is small / a bit tight for 4 adults. 3 minute walk from rail station is a plus, but front door and entrance are kind of grim. Apartment is one flight up and SO much nicer than the entrance - do not be discouraged!!!

Lorne’s place was stunning! We were greeted by a colleague who was so friendly and helpful. The place was perfect for 2 people. It was clean, well decorated and stocked with treats for us. We felt right at home. The location was very walkable to a fun neighborhood and about a 15-20 minute walk to the major sights. We couldn’t ask for a better stay in Edinburgh!

Great location. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only short walk to grass market area, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

A truly stunning little piece of paradise. So peaceful, homely and relaxing. We had an amazing time as a family of four with a young child and a baby. We especially enjoyed exploring and playing in the absolutely gorgeous outdoor space. Matt is so genuine, friendly and welcoming. Would really highly recommend a stay here, you’ll love it ❤️

We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our vacation in Scotland. The location was perfect for walking to all the best spots in Edinburgh. Michelle was the person I communicated with upon arrival, she was extremely helpful and very prompt in returning my texts. I would definitely recommend this rental.

The place was perfect for my family of 11 with spacious bedrooms. The facility is very well maintained with very good attention to detail. The host is also very accommodating. Location is in the middle of Edinburgh and Glassgow at a lovely little settlement in a beautiful country side. Would definitely stay here whenever I visit Scotland again.

Jamie made sure we were welcomed into the house and gave us hints and tips for the local area. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived (start of the season niggles) but he had a sparky and plumber on site immediately. The house is a great location and Elie is so chilled with great places to eat and central for day trips to other beautiful villages such as Crail and Anstruther. The main living area works so well with kitchen, dining table and lounge area all together plus enough comfy seating for 8 to 10 people (a major failing in many houses with 4 or 5 beds). We all loved our time there

Fantastic holiday, great location, comfortable bed and amazing bath. The slippers and dressing gown was a really lovely touch. Highly recommend the Bonnie Bide Awa. Only sightly disappointing thing was the Welcome pack, 1/2 bottle of olive oil, 2 sachets of porridge,1/4 tin of hot chocolate and an empty canister.. If we’re ever in Edinburgh again, I will definitely try to book this apartment.

Very close to a lot of restaurants. Close to the places we wan to go even the castle. We had a great.
