Skyhill Oasis is a beautiful home near everything we wanted to do. We were extremely comfortable and pleased with our stay. We had a fantastic time. Darryl was very responsive to our questions. We could've have happier. We would definitely stay again if we had the chance. Thank you Darryl!

Johnny was a great host. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and is walking distance to a decent diner (Nat's). home was clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, huge fridge, and stove if you plan on cooking. Yard was a nice play to relax and the swimming pool was very clean. Samsung TVs were in almost every room in the home. The home is a nice location for large families or groups, although my stay was short it I enjoyed my stay with my friends. Would recommend.

This home is absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet, private area—perfect for a peaceful getaway. My family and I truly enjoyed the spacious layout, swimming in the pool, and preparing meals together. Everything was clean, well-organized, and made for a wonderful stay.

We have stayed at many AirBnBs but this was by far my family’s favorite - from the insanely gorgeous home with unique and over the top design to the walkable location and picturesque streets we felt like we were in a movie. We were able to walk to some of the best restaurants, shopping, and coffee but honestly the house in itself was an experience so it was hard to even leave! Jolie was extremely responsive and kind. The house is filled w extra towels, pillows, etc. we will be back every time we go to visit my brother!

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Karen's place was a perfect spot for the start of our SoCal vacation. We picked the house primarily for the pool, backyard, and fun games like ping pong. Those did not disappoint, and we spent much of our days hanging out in the heat around the pool and backyard. Overall, the house was very comfortable - good kitchen, great beds, and nice showers and shower pressure. We had a few issues during our stay, but Karen was super responsive and helped resolve as best she could while not interrupting our stay. Some folks have noted the highway noise - it wasn't a problem for us, since we're city dwellers and used to some traffic noise. It was a great place for our family of 4. Would stay there again.

The home is just as pictured if not better. My family of 4 stayed to go see a Dodgers game and the views are amazing. The home is so clean and Shanda was very response with my questions. The garage fit our Honda Pilot and we felt safe the whole tim. We loved our stay and if we ever go back this will be our place.

Liza and Pascal are phenomenal hosts! They are hospitable, attentive, and accessible! I appreciated Liza checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable, and her readiness to recommend great places to eat and fun things to do in the area. If I had a question, she answered within minutes. The house is beautiful! It is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. This was my first time using Airbnb, and I could not have asked for a better experience!

My daughter picked out Jean’s lovely home for her Birthday celebration. We’re a pretty mellow family and enjoy a cozy and elegant home to celebrate in with great surroundings. This was just perfect. Loved the home so much. Really great living room to watch movies, nice kitchen, comfy bedrooms and lots of yard space for our dogs. Nice hot tub. Really interesting architecture. Amazing huge windows, high ceilings, and the fireplace was a masterpiece. Beautiful trees and bamboo in the yard. Lots of quiet places to relax and destress. Best dog walking neighborhood. Loved it!

Amazing property , great location not too far from everywhere you’d want to be in LA.

Vanessa helped make our stay absolutely incredible and it was a once in a lifetime experience. She made us feel right at home with all the amenities taken care of, her stay was equipped with absolutely everything you can need for your stay; from cookware to snacks, even sunscreen because we definitely forgot to pack it. Leading up to the stay, Vanessa also kindly provided us lots of recommendations on what to do and what to see during our short stay. The purpose of our trip was for my brother-in-law to propose to his girlfriend and from the beginning to end of this plan, Vanessa and her assistants were there to help facilitate the process making everything truly so easy to coordinate. We’re so thankful for Vanessa and her team’s hospitality and I would strongly recommend Vanessa’s place in Malibu for everyone looking to visit.

We stayed for 5 nights with a family of 14, including 2 toddlers. This home was perfect for our needs! The house was very clean, the game room was great, and the pool and spa perfect for relaxing and entertaining our kids after long days at Disneyland. A gate around the pool was very important to us, and gave us a peace of mind to stay there with a couple of toddlers who don't know how to swim yet. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed! The only semi- critique I have is that the back door does not lock, but is secured by a wooden stick in the door rail. And like a previous reviewer said, the garage is not securely locked and the door leading into the house from the garage has no lock. We moved a heavy table in front of the door each night for that extra security. We never felt unsafe though, as the neighborhood is quiet. Better secured doors is something I think could improve the home, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had the most stunning views. The host was brilliant—super friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. Already thinking about when I can come back!

Great place in a very residential neighborhood in the middle of the San Fernando Valley. Takes about an hour to get down to LA/Santa Monica so keep that in mind. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the outdoor living area. Kitchen is nice and open. If you like to avoid Teflon for cooking, bring your own pans. Would recommend for a nice stay in the valley.

This home is beautiful. I loved that this home had more than the bare minimum of furniture. It truly felt like home. Tommy was a great host, answered all our questions and checked on us a few times. House rules clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. We parked on the street and entered the home to access the gate key. Once parking was situated we were able to immediately relax because the amenities. From the pool, to the hot tub, guest house, and the kitchen. Omg the kitchen, and the provided cookware/dishes, request to use plastic by the pool were provided. I was able to cook dinner without buying additional items. The art work was cool, and the yard felt like you were worlds away on vacay! Sitting by the fire laughing and talking nightly was a highlight. Thank you Tommy for providing such a wonderful getaway!

Finding a rental in this area of Los Angeles is very rare. It’s near where my daughter and her family live so we could walk there every day without having to hire an Uber or Lyft. Plus the area is quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice quiet spot. It’s surrounded by houses but the unit still felt private. There was an issue with the hot tub when I arrived but the owner was quick to respond and took care of it right away. Would definitely recommend!

What a cool place! Kagel Canyon is so close, yet feels world's away from the frantic pace of LA. The house is great - and you quickly get used to the canyon's winding roads to a parking spot right at the gate to the property. Host Vic is very responsive - when we had one issue the first evening, he was there in less than 10 minutes to correct it. He and his co-host are dedicated to making improvements to create a perfect guest experience - even brought over a new table & chairs for the patio while we were there. Kagel Canyon may be further away from downtown LA & Hollywood, but has a similar vibe to Laurel and Topanga canyons, legendary hangouts of the late 60's. Quirky and interesting homes amongst the giant trees - fun to stroll the streets even if there's alot of up and down hiking. Especially enjoyed hiking up the trail from nearby Veranda Dr. - 360° views down into the canyon and into the mountains. Very quickly felt at home - a perfect respite from a very busy city. 5 stars!

If you live in LA and looking to get out of the hustle and bustle without going far, this is perfect location. Not even an hour from me and it felt like i was in a different country. Very romantic and peaceful. There is no TV which is supposed to be the point, but at the end of it I was watching a movie on my laptop on the beyond cozy bed. The cedar hot tub was beyond amazing also. Late night I was worried about getting Postmates, but there were so many places that delivered there (we had to drive down to the main gate to meet the driver, which was its own good time also. So no complaints) Highly recommend this to anyone

Such a unique and wonderful experience! I was amazed at how comfortable the bed was. The Cedar hot tub was the highlight of my stay. Sitting on the deck at night looking up at the stars was just so peaceful. I loved everything about Ardie’s place.
