The apartment on the 3rd floor with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 qm, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20 qm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. About 6 minutes walk from Rhine and train station. Tram (to Bonn) and pedestrian zone about 7 minutes walk. In summer, a monoblock air conditioner with an exhaust hose is firmly attached to a wall passage in the living room.

Our bright and friendly apartment is located in the middle of the Siebengebirge, directly below the Oelberg in Königswinter-Heisterbacherrott, directly next to the nature reserve and is the ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours in our beautiful surroundings, e.g. to the Oelberg, Petersberg, Drachenfels or Löwenburg. Our apartment measures about 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment has a private parking space and a small front garden.

Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Both on business trips and on vacation, our fine, well-equipped apartment offers pleasant comfort in the wine and cultural city of Unkel am Rhein. Unkel is a great starting point for a variety of activities on the Rhine, in the Siebengebirge or in Bonn. In addition, the Westerwald, the Ahr, the Eifel, Phantasialand or Cologne are ideal for excursions. We are happy to give tips!

Vacation home Bachstelze in the mountain area of Königswinter at the foot of the Ölberg. Our apartment has a double bedroom (1.60 m), a spacious hallway with reading corner and sofa, a shower room and a cozy kitchen. The apartment also has a private terrace, which is only used by guests, with magnificent views of the countryside. Our apartment is allergy-friendly. The walls were painted chemical-free with chalk paint.

Welcome to my cozy attic apartment! Immerse yourself in the charm of the oldest house in Plittersdorf. Whether an evening walk or enjoying nature, the immediate proximity to the Rhine offers a true relaxation factor. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City and Bonn main station. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. Our fine apartment directly in the nature reserve pampers you with sun from morning to evening, views of horse pastures, Löwenburg and Ölberg. Out the door, hiking shoes on and explore!
