Gemütlich, modern, neu renovierte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, direkt im Zentrum, 10 km von Bonn, 3 km von Siegburg und 25 km von Köln entfernt. Komplett eingerichtet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und eigenem Bad. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses, mit Treppen zum separatem Eingang in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In the middle of a residential area close to the city of Hennef, our new guest apartment is located in the annex of our detached house with separate entrance and access on the ground floor. It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

Separate entrance, 2 rooms balcony and bathroom

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.

Modern B&B, near Bonn, separate entrance/bathroom

This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. The room is on the lower level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. Favorite room Self check-in

The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.

30 m2 Apartment, Bath (Private) + Mini-Kitchen

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.

Schöne apartment in Bergisches with good connections

Our apartment - with its own entrance - was newly renovated in 2018 and amounts to approximately 74 square meters. In front of the apartment is a large carport with terrace (garden furniture for 6 people). The equipment includes washing machine, iron, wardrobe, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, spices etc., TV, free wifi.
