The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

We live in Germany, in the Berchtesgadener Land tourist region, on the outskirts of the Berchtesgadener and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free on-site parking is available.
