Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. The center of Salzburg is reachable in 10-15 minutes by bus or car.

A romantic studio in a small village in the immediate vicinity of Salzburg. The city is a 25-minute bus ride away from the city. The bus runs through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!
