Auf 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Die Wohnung wurde im Winter 2019/20 teilrenoviert und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im selben Haus wie Geographers Cottage II

The Leitnerhof is located on a hill above the Surtal in the middle of a rural landscape with meadows, forests and pastures in the beautiful Chiemgau, which invites you to go hiking and cycling. The Chiemsee can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Waginger See in 15 minutes. Salzburg can be seen from the farm and is only 30 km away. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

Das Haus (Typ Oslo) besitzt 83qm und steht auf einer Grundstücksfläche von etwa 750qm. Das Haus ist mein Eigenheim, welches ich die letzten Jahre liebevoll renoviert habe und während meiner Arbeitsreisen vermiete. Rund um den Ferienpark gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für die ganze Familie.

Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig.
