Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom, there is a spacious balcony with balcony furniture and partial mountain views.

These impress on the one hand by the original location directly next to the over 800 years old St. Nicholas Chapel, on the other hand, the slightly elevated and thus exposed location offers a sublime feeling and foresight into the green.

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
