Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Siletz River

This is by far the best home we’ve ever stayed at! Right on the beach in a peaceful neighborhood-many times I was the only one on the beach-Easy level path right to the sand from the yard-Beautiful furnished home with soft bed linens & towels-Great comfy leather couch & relining chairs to look out spacious windows to the beach-especially nice when you just want to relax and watch the waves-The beds were especially comfy and the home was the cleanest I’ve ever seen-lots of everything you would need in the kitchen-we had fresh crab, clams and smoked salmon…a seafood delight! Teri was so kind and responsive that she made you feel very welcome and more like a good friend-The home is minutes to Pacific City so venture out to the Pelican Brewery Restaurant-the best fish & chips and chowder ever-be sure to shop the little stores and visit the Greatful Bread-best fresh bakery I ended up going twice too-Such a wonderful home we hated to leave-Thank You Terri for having us!

Had the best time at Dee’s place!! Views- stunning. We enjoyed several nights in the hot tub over looking the ocean. Everyone had their own space with a bathroom in each bedroom. Her home was very clean, stocked with all the essentials. Dee was also very responsive! Highly recommend!!

The house worked great for our family of 5. It's comfortable and the location is stellar. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beautiful beach. Stone's throw to grocery outlet, quick walk to restaurants, arcade, and community center with pool/gym, and easy access to what the area has to offer. The bathtub in the master bedroom should be one of the wonders of the world. Scott was helpful, kind, and responsive to any needs or questions and provided recommendations for activities in the area for our family. Lincoln City was a joy to take a vacation and Scott's place worked excellently for us. Highly recommend.

A super cute cabin with great location -- just right off 101. If you like shopping, you could walk to the outlets! Also a very short walk down to the beach. The loft was really fun and it was really cozy. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

This adorable house was perfect for my family of 5! the game room was a full night of fun! there are 3 bathrooms, that was handy for a big family. One minute drive to Depoe Bay, making it perfect for a chartered fishing trip! the host was amazing with fast and helpful communication. Cute welcome sign, wine and candy :) We will definitely be back!!!+

This was one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever had. The photos don't do it justice. The location is amazing and the house is super comfortable. The view is incredible. We saw lots of coastal wildlife just a few steps out the door.

This might be the best appointed Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Some places have a random assortment of kitchen/bedroom/bathroom items, but this house was stocked. It was super comfortable and the views are amazing. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul's place. It was very clean and roomy, good accomodations. The neighborhood is residential and fairly easy to get to. We had a few opportunities to chat with our hosts and found them charming and friendly. We'd absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much!

My family just had our 3rd baby last week and as a way to celebrate and beat the heat we were in search for a little getaway. Samantha was SO helpful during a matter she did everything she could to help resolve showing above and beyond service! I work in travel and know great service when I come across it! I would 10/10 recommend this stay. So clean and set up exactly as one would need! The view is even more beautiful than the photos listed showed! We can not wait to come stay again!

The stay was wonderful! Literally a 30 second walk to the water. I was so happy to be able to sleep with the window open to hear the sound of the ocean. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking from the window that you could see from laying in bed. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do and more. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully little condo near beach in Lincoln City’s charming Taft District. The location couldn’t have been better—within a two-minute walk to Siletz Bay and the beach, making it incredibly convenient for morning coffee strolls and a couple sunset fires on the beach. The condo itself was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable—clearly designed with both style and function in mind. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like a beach trolley, firewood, and supplies that made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was a breeze, and having access to a garage was a great bonus. Rachel was a fantastic host—communicative, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed beach getaway. We’d absolutely stay again.

This was a perfect location in Nye Beach, close to shops and restaurants with a beautiful view of the beach from the living room. It was comfortable and quiet. Very relaxing! We will be back.

This little cottage was perfect for my husband and I and our doggo. Great location, private, quiet, walkable to so many restaurants, and just down the street from the beach! Check-in and check-out was easy. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. I very much enjoyed a relaxing birthday “weekend” getaway with my little family. So thank you for the hospitality! For those driving larger vehicles…Parking is tight. Tighter if the lot is full. We drive a Toyota Tundra and found it much easier to back in to Cottage E’s stall. The grassy area in the center of the lot is wonderful for doggie pottying! However we did find ourselves having to drive on the curb a bit to maneuver around the lot. Bigger vehicles might find street parking to be easier.

Great location for a weekend on the coast. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, it felt like home. Being able to walk to the beach was a real bonus. Lona was also really helpful and responsive to our messages.

This place is walking distance to the beach and restaurants that are open late. After a full day walking the beaches and climbing over tide pools, the hot tub is exactly what was needed to refresh your body for the next day. The place is perfect.

Alison was a great! We loved this place. It was clean, quiet, and a perfect get away! Instructions were simple and easy.

This is the second time I have stayed. It is a cute homey condo with lots of personal touches. It is right on the water. I love this place and hope to stay again!

We loved our time in the “escape” we felt right at home loved the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed that we had beach access from the room and that we were close to so many great shops and restaurants. We’ll most definitely be back again.

This is our second time staying at Lynn’s place and we just love it there. Lynn is always so kind and responsive when we’ve reached out with questions. Her beautiful space is just the perfect spot for families with young kids. The building has easy beach access from the backyard, with a rinse station and a toy box full of sand toys to borrow. And the bay is just a quieter calmer place for little kids to play. The main bedroom has the bed you see in the listing, and also a foldout double bed - which we love because we all just end of sleeping in the same room. And there is a latch up high on the front door to make it harder for little kids to escape. It’s walkable to a really nice coffee shop, and the food truck place (the pines). It’s also located on the end of town that is really close to Depot Bay, which we prefer as like a cute place to wander around. And super close to Pelican Brewery. It looks exactly like the listing and is designed just beautifully, it’s a gem.

Family of 4, stayed one night. Wished we could have stayed longer. I give this home 5 stars!!! During our vacation we stayed in multiple places down the coast. This was the best one of them all!!!! So beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything you need is provided including a washer/dryer. We had some family fun playing ping pong. Our teenagers loved having their own space to chill. You can walk to Mo’s seafood for some great food. Melanie was very friendly and accommodating. If you need a place on the coast don’t miss this one!!! It was absolutely amazing!!

Older unit but very well equipped. Wonderful views. Ladonna had thought of a lot of extras. Everything very well explained.
