On the terrace there is a dining area with barbecue, as well as a view of the lake. Next to the cottage, there is a scenic plot with proximity to paths along Lake Siljan.

The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed + a sofa that can be used as a sleeping area (fridge and freezer is in this room). In the living room there are two single beds as well as dining table and a cozy fireplace. TV with cromecast (missing antenna cable). The kitchenette is small but functional. Large selection of sights and tourist attractions in the area. 7-minute drive to the station and 3-minute walk to the bus.

Converted outbuilding with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Access to patio. It is located on the hillside down towards Lake Siljan with beautiful views. 5 minutes walk to the city center and swimming. Proximity to the bus that goes to Dalhalla. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are quite steep and are not suitable for children and people with bad knees. In other words, not a handicap accessible home. It is not possible to add hot water as an amenity but it is both in the bathroom and kitchen. Non smoking.

The nearest swimming area is at Tällbergs Camping or at Laknäs Ångbåtsbrygga. In the nearby area, there are also several other well-known excursion destinations such as Dalhalla, Falu mine, Zorn farm, Vasaloppsmålet, Romme Alpin, Carl Larsson farm, Orsa Grönklitt, and more.

The cottage Hökbo is located by the lake Talljärn, where there is also a beating shed, large barbecue under the roof, as well as the sauna barrel. In Tallstjärn you can fish for Rainbow salmon after you release a fishing license. It is possible to rent fishing rods and buy coal and wood on site. Hökbo is a "twin cabin" to Starbo.

Our guest house offers a quiet and quiet accommodation right next to Orsasjön. Denna klassiskt inbyggda och anrika Dalagård har ett fantastiskt läge strax utanför Orsa med utsikt över Orsasjön och en oändlig skog i ryggen. Här råder total stillhet, men det är nära till Orsa centrum(2km). Solpaneler och bergvärme gör ditt boende hyfsat koldioxidneutralt. Läget är perfekt om man vill upptäcka det fantastiska Siljansområdet med Zorngården i Mora etc. Vedbastu går att boka separat.
