Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik/Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

Nice sofa bed for 2 people and fireplace. The house is equipped with sauna, toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi. Air heat pump that regulates the temperature in the house, and floor heating. The residence is 50 meters from a low-traffic road. You have 1.5 km to restaurants in Tällberg, and 500 meters to Siljan. There are nice walking paths in the forest, along Siljan.

The cottage is located on the shore of Lake Siljan. Possibility of forest walks, swimming, skiing, berry picking or just relaxing. Quiet, child-friendly and only one neighbor. There is a swimming dock/floating dock down by the boat shed. 10 km to Mora and 30 km to Rättvik. To Nusnäs, the Dala horse production, it is about 4 km. To Orsa Grönklitt it takes about 30 minutes by car. The cottage has a wonderful veranda where you can sit and eat and enjoy the view. BBQ available. The hygiene area is in a separate cabin.
