The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

Nicely located guest house suitable for a small family. There are many attractions around Siljan. Built in 2017. Living room with kitchen. The bed is 120 cm at the bottom and 80 cm at the top. Sofa bed 120 cm with extra mattress. Sheets and towels are available to rent for SEK 75 per person! Bathroom with shower/floor heating. Free Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest, but can be purchased for SEK 500. Dogs are welcome, but please let us know beforehand as we have our own dog. Warm welcome to Nusnäs!

The proximity to Tällberg provides a wide range of restaurants, spa and cultural experiences as well as hiking trails, skiing and ice skating. The nearest swimming area is at Tällbergs Camping or at Laknäs Ångbåtsbrygga. In the nearby area, there are also several other well-known excursion destinations such as Dalhalla, Falu mine, Zorn farm, Vasaloppsmålet, Romme Alpin, Carl Larsson farm, Orsa Grönklitt, and more.

The cottage is located on the shore of Lake Siljan. Possibility of forest walks, swimming, skiing, berry picking or just relaxing. Quiet, child-friendly and only one neighbor. There is a swimming dock/floating dock down by the boat shed. 10 km to Mora and 30 km to Rättvik. To Nusnäs, the Dala horse production, it is about 4 km. To Orsa Grönklitt it takes about 30 minutes by car. The cottage has a wonderful veranda where you can sit and eat and enjoy the view. BBQ available. The hygiene area is in a separate cabin.

Städningen ingår alltid vids avresa! Stugan är inte så stor men rymmer badrum med dusch & golvvärme samt pentry & egen uteplats. Bäddsoffor med totalt 4 bäddar + våningsäng. Detta är en riktigt mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök, samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.
