Holiday rentals with a patio in Silvaplana

We had a great time in Daniela's modern and quiet apartment!

Roberta and Bruno were excellent hosts. They made us feel very welcome and were kind and helpful. The apartment was ideal with nice touches like breakfast items. We were sad to leave and can recommend this apartment without hesitation.

We booked Maik's place for a week of cross-country skiing holidays. The large network of trails is a 10-minute walk away. You can do a lot on foot or by public transport. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace with lots of sun and best views. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The bed very comfortable. What late sleepers may need to know, the traffic and snow removal are clearly audible early in the morning. Communication with Maik was very straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

We visited Marius for the second time for cross-country skiing and enjoyed it very much again. The accommodation is wonderfully located directly on the trail and on beautiful winter hiking trails. The equipment of the apartment left nothing to be desired, we enjoyed ourselves through the extensive private library and had the choice between raclette, cheese fondue and fondue chinoise thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. Marius has always proactively communicated and gave clear instructions. Unfortunately, the egg cup we unfortunately crammed was simply accepted with a "that can happen." - thank you again for that. 😊 I'd love to stay again!

Extremely well maintained and equipped apartment, located in a quiet part near Lake Como. Fabio was also extremely patient in informing us about the train / bus schedules to move around the area. Will definitely return if I’m ever back!

A cozy and wonderful villa with a great view and very chill in a quiet area and great location and the best host friendly and welcoming

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

Had a great stay! Beautiful view and garden, verandas to eat on, helpful host, and very well-equipped kitchen. Beds are not the most comfortable.

If I had the chance to give an extra star beyond the maximum allowed, I would definitely do it! What can I say? The house is a real gem immersed in the village of Bienno. Pietro and his mother provided us with all the necessary information to make us feel at home. The accommodation is beautiful, a movie house. We really appreciated the cleanliness, the tidiness, the central location in the village and the possibility of bringing our dog... we found everything we needed to spend a weekend of relaxation! Pietro's mother, very sweet, provided us with cookies, water and a kennel for the dog... Would I recommend this house? Absolutely yes! A wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved our stay, and had so much fun walking around the area in the evening. It was so charming!

The house is perfectly equipped and ideally located in Ela Park. Suitable for a quiet stay, close to nature with all the comforts you need. Multiple hiking opportunities from and around the accommodation. We had a wonderful time with the family in this warm setting. Great apartment above Menaggio. The view from the terrace of Lake Como and the mountains is fantastic. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and is located in a very quiet environment. The center of Menaggio is within walking distance, and there are good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Georgia Louise responded immediately to inquiries and was very helpful. This place is highly recommended!

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. This is a very large, clean and modern apartment. Being on the first floor and having an elevator to the parking garage is helpful if you have a lot of luggage. Diana was so helpful and responsive when we had difficulty with finding the parking space, which you may also find challenging if you’re not too familiar with parking garages. The convenience to the bus stop is great. The walk to the train station is easy. Our return trip from the Bernina Express stopped at Domat/Ems train station and we had a nice dinner at historic Term Bel by the station. The best Rosti of our whole trip in Switzerland was actually at the hotel bar next door! Ems is also an easy drive to Chur and its beautiful Alstadt. Everything is provided for you in the apartment, including paper towels. We highly recommend!!

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

It was super nice! We highly recommend Anna's accommodation! It is very clean and everything you need is available. The terrace with the view is a dream and you can hike or bike directly from the house. The area is beautiful! Anna was very friendly and helpful as a host!

My family and I had a great stay at Beats location. The home offers stunning views. waking up every morning was breathtaking. The drive from Chur to Arosa wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed driving the the curvy roads. Beat was super helpful and we thank Beat again for letting us stay. Switzerland is absolutely beautiful. Definitely would stay again at Beats home.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Practically everything was top notch, only for reading in bed we would have liked good reading lamps on both sides. Great wine and a fine nut tart to welcome you! We felt very comfortable! The garage space was also very pleasant in winter.
