Ai piedi di splendidi terrazzamenti, in una posizione comoda, a 800 metri dalla Basilica di Tirano e a 5 minuti d'auto dalla stazione del Trenino rosso del Bernina, Cà Merlo Rosso è una casa vacanza (CIR: 014078-CIM-00001) situata in una grande abitazione di sasso, con entrata autonoma e posto auto all’aperto riservato agli ospiti. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra, fronte giardino con un dondolo e un tavolino con sdraio. Ideale per due persone ospita anche un terzo ospite o due bambini.

L' appartamento è inserito in una casa tipica di pescatori completamente ristrutturata che si affaccia direttamente sul lago di Como accanto ad una delle spiagge più rinomate, riva Bianca. Dalla casa si gode di uno splendido panorama. La casa non dà direttamente sulla strada così da non disturbare la quiete e il relax. Davanti ci sono un giardino con orto, un bel prato e l'accesso diretto alla passeggiata sul lago. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

The location is simply perfect and you will easily reach many beautiful places Silvaplana can offer.
