Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Silverthorne

I had a wonderful time with my wife and kid here at Gary’s Cabin! I loved that it felt like a home and cabin in the middle of the mountains but had a unique location and view right in town. It was super convenient to have the town at your fingertips but still able to enjoy a peaceful setting. The cabin is beautiful and you know it was built with pride and care. I look forward to another trip to Silverthorne!

Excellent location! Close to I70 so easy access to all of things skiing, hiking, biking, restaurants, breweries. We knew this at the time of booking, but for the cost of the condo (which already includes a cleaning fee), there is an additional $75 fee for use of hot tub as a “cleaning fee”. That should be included in general cleaning fee and if damage or excessive cleaning needed after stay, then charge the guest. Otherwise, fantastic and hosts were easy to work with, garage was clutch for easy parking and letting gear dry and kitchen was well stocked if you planned to cook in.

Absolutely incredible. The view was amazing. The house and amenities were top notch. overall a simply fantastic stay. Would no doubt stay again!

In town for our first Red Rocks concert. Arriving after getting groceries from Locavore we made dinner beside a setting sun, and later watched the waxing crescent moon rise with Saturn 🪐 in tow. In the mornings we visited the hot tub and enjoyed the birds, and one very curious humming bird. Free magic here, such a lovely slice of the universe. Our visit is a diamond in the mind.

Big Slice of Heaven in Breckenridge. Our family just adored Sarah’s place. We travel a lot and have been to some incredible places, this one was by far the BEST. My husband, a man of very few words, kept walking around telling me how fantastic he thought the place was. Our extended family and little grandchildren had the best time playing games, doing puzzles, playing in the snow and swimming in the hot tub. The kitchen is a dream and outfitted better than my own. I have every Williams Sonoma gadget available. Sarah provided all that and in duplicate. What an awesome place! Enjoy the view—it’s heavenly

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Our stay with Amy was incredible! She was a lovely host meeting us when we arrived and showed us around. The views are breathtaking! No, literally! This place is nearly at 10,000 feet altitude! I would recommend spending a day taking it easy if you're not used to it. Every inch of this home is spotless and well taken care of! iIts try rare to find an Airbnb that is so clean. Amy's thoughtful touches provide everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Our favorite was the steam shower which was heaven after a long day of activities in the surrounding areas. This stay was the highlight of our trip and it certainly will be for your trip too. I hope to stay again some day!

Josh was proactive with communication and checked in during our stay. He was able quickly to resolve some issues we encountered at the rental after we checked in. We really liked how this place was conveniently close to various ski resorts as well as to restaurants in and around Dillon and Silverthorne. Plus the mountain view from the living room was a big plus. FYI, this property is located next to a school and there may be after school pick-up traffic if returning during that time (around 4 pm) as we got stuck in a traffic jam for a bit.

Spacious place, a lot of pillow options, comfortable beds. Overall an easy stay for my husband, daughter and our dog.

The location was PERFECT. It was a short walk to everything - shops and restaurants, and the grocery store was super nearby as well. The place had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. We took major hikes every day we stayed and absolutely fell into bed when we got back. It was just perfect. We’d stayed there again.

This is a Gem 💎 very close to Breckenridge ski resort,it felt like we were in a winter wonderland,Teresa is wonderful host,very professional and proactive and made our stay so much better. We def will come back next year for our winter vacation.

Incredibly quiet, dark for sleeping, wonderful mountainside neighborhood, within walking distance of some good restaurants and town. We took daily walks with our dog and we loved the availability of short or long hikes. Great communications and overall a perfect place for my husband and I with our dog. We hope to make it back as we love Frisco! Thank you so much! Great host!

Clean apartment, centrally located, easy check-in, and a good covered parking spot. Would recommend

The place was unique and interesting and felt like we were staying in a treehouse. They were beautiful little lights at night and two private areas to relax outside, was quiet and peaceful and cozy. Plenty of room for the two of us even my very tall husband, and our luggage without having to trip over things. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! Bob was right on the money about how to find the place even came out and greeted us, was able to provide information, his little dog was hilarious and friendly, all in all and excellent trip and stay.

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

Nick's place is beautiful! Very clean. A great view of the mountain range. Very quiet neighbors and neighborhood. If you are looking for a great place to chill but still be close to some great bars/restaurants, this is the place!

We had a great stay at Teresa's place, which comfortably fit our group of 7 adults. The whole house was completely stocked with everything you would need from kitchenware to bathroom essentials. Beds were comfortable and space was well cleaned. Lots of fun games to play. If you are there to ski, this property is deeper into Silverthorne so does need a car to get to resorts, but centrally located to many different ones. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the Cozy Home. The balcony was very comfy and the view of the lake/mountains was amazing! I enjoyed having my morning coffee out there. The outdoor heater was a nice touch for the chilly nights/evenings. It was also nice having the portable air conditioners, because I feel like it would have been hot without them. All in all, the condo had everything we needed and more! It was a great base location for everything we wanted to do in the area. Several restaurants and stores were just a short drive away. We look forward to returning in the future!

Check-in was a breeze! The home was spotless, in a beautiful location, and just minutes from Main Street. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space was easy to find and had everything we needed for a short visit. The location is convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. What really stood out, though, was the host—responsive, friendly, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great experience. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property in great shape. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location and the little things! Great location to access several ski resorts, hiking, anything outdoors in the mountains. Shopping for anything is less than 2 miles away from condo. The little things; 1. Custom door combo just for us. Easy to remember. 2. Endless hot water for showers. 3. The best cotton sheets on all the beds. 4. Beefy, heavy duty towels 5. Lotion and Kleenex 6. A lot of cooking staples available We will stay again and recommend!

My family and I a great experience checking in — everything was smooth and hassle-free. Nice and roomy place that is modern. Clean, well organized with access to a hot tub and a pool. Quite and safe neighborhood. Alyce is wonderful. Very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again. A couple things to note, hallway to the condo is very run down. Bathroom and kitchen are modern but some of the furniture is old and dated

Michele’s place is amazing!! And the views from her solarium were incredible. The place was fully stocked, they literally thought of everything, and it was spotless!The pictures don’t do it justice!! We would love to stay here again!
