We had a really nice holiday in the apartment. Quiet location. Many leisure opportunities. The apartment was well equipped and very clean, nothing was missing. Highly recommended.

Brittas very likeable, uncomplicated and unobtrusive appearance made it difficult for us to say goodbye on the day of departure. From the first minute of our vacation, we were in feel-good mode. The kitchen equipment will make the heart of a self-caterer and hobby cook beat faster. Is there anything better than a restful sleep on vacation, despite the unfamiliar beds? No problem with Britta. Cozy living room with tasteful furnishings, a balcony with heavenly mountain panoramic views. And where else will you be greeted in a holiday apartment by the host with two beautiful bouquets of flowers? We'll be back! Thank you so much for this wonderful stay.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation in the magnificent Alpine landscape. Beautiful and spacious apartment, good beds. Doris was kind and we felt really welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely come back if we travel to Bavaria again!

We had the great pleasure of staying at DAS1494 from Wednesday to Sunday – and it was just perfect all around! Already at check-in, we were greeted incredibly friendly, which swept through our entire stay. The hosts are passionate about everything you can tell from every detail. The historic house from 1494 was renovated with a lot of love for detail and implemented at the latest level – an impressive combination of tradition and contemporary comfort. The cleanliness throughout the house was exceptional, everything was sparkling clean and very well maintained. We were particularly enthusiastic about how stylish and high-quality the renovation has succeeded, without losing the original character of the house. DAS1494 is a real gem that breathes history and meets the highest standards at the same time. We will be back for sure!

Nice appartement, spacious and quiet.

Elke's place and Elke were both wonderful. The place had everything needed, greatly equipped kitchen and the wonderful "at home" feeling. Elke was extremely helpful in the initial introduction to the place, as well as with recommending and helping setup visits to some of the local attractions. The place itself was very clean, had the very needed dryer by the entrance (it was very important for our skiing boots!), comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids loved it there!

The apartment is very modern and simply top. You feel like home. We stayed with our 15-year-old daughter and her girlfriend of the same age for 5 days. There was a master bedroom and a room with a 140cm wide bed. From both bedrooms you came to the modern, well-equipped bathroom. Everything was very lovingly prepared for us. There were plenty of drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit and chocolate were waiting for us at the table. There was also coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, cleaning products, etc. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. In the entrance area there is a ski boot dryer. The Achkogelbahn is within easy walking distance. There is also plenty to do in Ötz for non skiers. Ötz and the surroundings are very nice. Gottfried was always accessible and always very accommodating. We will be happy to come back and absolutely recommend Gottfried and his apartment. Unfortunately, the time was over too quickly

Beautiful, super beautiful, wonderful. Simply wow! ⭐️ I spent a few wonderful days and my birthday there with my family! Beautiful area, great apartment with everything your heart desires and really clean. Stylishly furnished and the kitchen is super equipped to cook there yourself. The beds are super comfortable and even our two teenagers found the trampoline on the large terrace super cool. An earlier check-in was also feasible. So we were able to make full use of the first day of vacation. We will definitely come back to Kate and are already looking forward to the next time in the beautiful Ötztal. Thanks very much. 🫶🏻

Stefanie was incredibly helpful and gave us many good tips for the area. She also supported us very well when our daughter was sick. The apartment was as described and we felt totally comfortable! We definitely recommend the place.

We enjoyed the stay with the very beautiful view. The Airbnb has all the necessary amenities; bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, bath products but also extras such as olive oil, herbs, honey, tea, coffee, a refrigerator filled with drinks, a pasta meal, etc. There are useful functions such as lights that automatically turn on as soon as you pass. Mobile phone charging cables were also provided. The terrace is a wonderful place to be. There are several walks departing from the Airbnb. Furthermore, it is also the ideal base for visiting the sights in the area. In 5 minutes, you can be in the village with shops and restaurants by car. Johannes himself welcomes you with a clear explanation of the stay and also responds quickly to messages. We found it such a pleasant stay that we booked an extra night.

The accommodation at Michael's corresponded to the photos and description. The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious. Communication with Michael was excellent. I can definitely recommend this accommodation :-) The only small minus is the road not far from the house, from which cars can be heard.

The apartment was clean, neat, and very well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking, making it feel just like home. The owner was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. But the highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the view—waking up to the breathtaking sight of the Alps was truly unforgettable. It was definitely a good time to relax and a great place to stay.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. Wonderful apartment with a view of Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and walks through the hills

We felt at home in the apartment. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen is superbly equipped for every cooking experiment. The view will take your breath away and peaceful at the same time. The farm shop in the village is also worth a visit, as well as the milk filling station. Greta was super friendly and had great tips for us. We will be happy to come back.

We spent 3 nights in Simone and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. In total, we enjoyed the short vacation very much and felt completely comfortable in the apartment.

Andreas was very helpful with information about the location. Nikolett was very friendly and responsive. It’s a very peaceful area and a nice place to stay.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.
