Holiday rentals with a patio in Simi Valley

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

This is a great find for people that want to stay in or near West Hollywood. The listing was an exact match to what you actually get. Maggie was very quick to respond to any questions. The views from the apartment and rooftop were to die for! The space is excellent for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. Great place. I've stayed there a couple of times already. Communication is always a breeze. Check in is automated and easy. The apartment complex is beautiful and the area is nice.

Great stay! We loved the pool/spa area and the walkability to grocery stores and such. The apartment was cleaned impeccably and had everything we needed (plus a vitamix!!). Julie was a very gracious host.

I stayed at this Airbnb for the weekend and had a great time! The space was clean and just like the photos. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay—I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Leslie's house is spacious and clean. It's uncluttered. I love that there are plenty of towels. I really appreciate Leslie getting the carpet cleaned before our arrival since my daughter has severe allergies to pets/danders/dust and the house does allow pets. It's perfectly located 2 minutes away from Quail Ranch where the wedding was. For other activities such as brunch or lunch or dinner, there's about a 20 minutes' drive to Westlake Village to find plenty of nice restaurants. There were 6 of us with 2 bathrooms. So that was a little challenging, but everything worked out. We all enjoyed the stay. Thank you Leslie.

Kristy was very accommodating and welcomed us and our dog to her place. The house was very nice and felt like home or our family. The house was very clean and had some great updates. We also had to ask for a late check out for an additional hour and Kristy was able to allow us the extra hour. For a quit stay while we had work.done on our house, Kristy's place was close to home and worked out really well for us. Great Host! Thanks for everything!

I could not be happier with Ken’s place. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s beautiful. The roses out back were amazing. Ken was responsive and so forgiving when we accidentally broke a glass. And no check out instructions other than turn things off (lights, AC, etc…). It couldn’t have been easier. And a park just down the street for kiddos. Super safe and cute neighborhood. Stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
