Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. Our comfortable apartment is intended to be a home away from home. The box-spring bed with extra high pocket spring mattresses and premium topper should ensure a good and relaxing night's sleep. The bathroom has been completely renovated as well as the kitchen and the sleeping/living area. The property is suitable for short and long-term stays. There is a guest terrace and a lockable bicycle parking space. Live TV streaming service: waipu tv is included.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." The apartment includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with a sofa bed, a living room with a kitchenette, and a small, modern bathroom with a bathtub.
