Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

The apartment is 54 square meters + terrace 12 square meters, and a parking space. It is located in the OT-Steinsfurt. The proximity to the museum, stadium and Palmenbad allows you to leave the car in your own parking space. The bus station is less than 100 m away, the train station about 350 m

Die 62 qm große Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich in der vierten Etage (Fahrstuhl vorhanden) eines 2020 fertiggestellten Mehrfamilienhauses. Sle bietet eine Eßtheke (keine Kochgelegenheit) und einen Kühlschran. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, ein Sofa, ein TV, ein Boxspring-Bett und ein separates und geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein kostenloser Stellplatz. Die Innenstadt ist in drei Minuten zu erreichen, zum Bahnhof sind es ca. sieben Minuten.

Beautiful two-room apartment (about 60 m²), in the beautiful Mauer near Heidelberg. The apartment has a large living room with a sitting area, a TV, as well as a dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

Exceptional overnight stay in the heart of Dühren. The apartment is self-contained, with its own entrance and yet it has points of contact with our own apartment. So you shouldn't be so nosy - we're not either :-) Sinsheim can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus and has a lot to offer for all ages: whether it's a visit to the stadium, Auto Technik Museum, Klima Arena or simply relaxing in the thermal baths/bathing world.

Ideal for commuters/train travelers, but also for drivers, as the apartment has its own parking space. Through the large windows, daylight is always available and sunsets can be enjoyed comfortably from the couch.

The apartment is in the station building, which was built in 1868 by the Baden district building authority Heidelberg from local, yellowish sandstone. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. You find in few minutes to foot numerous ✔Cafés ✔Restaurants & ✔Shops. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

The apartment is at your sole disposal, has its own access and parking, but is not barrier-free accessible. For this you have your own terrace with a view of the garden.
