Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

My accommodation is centrally located, "Neue Mitte“, in Überlingen, just 850 meters from the historic old town and the train station, the lake can be reached on foot in about 11-15 minutes. Various shopping facilities are available within a radius of 150 metres. A car parking space is available free of charge directly at the house, to the bus stop it is only 100 meters. The DG apartment has: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living-kitchen with 1 sofa bed.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.
