"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

The vacation allows you to take a vacation from technology and stress. Cook with the kitchen witch on a wood fire and prepare hot water with the bath stove. Live outside and take a nap on the resting bed under the oak or go to the go to the nearby outdoor pool. The charm of country life is not perfection but improvisation. Vacation home at Birkenhain

We offer an apartment for 3 people (double bed, fold-out sofa bed) for non-smokers (+ travel bed for children up to 3 years available). Pets are welcome. The house is located in a quiet new development area above the city. A parking space is located in front of the door. The tourist tax of €1.30 per person/day is to be paid on site in cash. For safety, there is a contactless check-in. If a personal handover is desired, please let us know in advance. We look forward to seeing you!

We also offer a 2nd apartment, "Steinhauer 1" We offer you a completely redesigned and renovated apartment in the beautiful North Palatinate. Just a few kilometers from the spa town of Bad Kreuznach. In the Nahe wine region. The North Palatinate high-altitude hiking trail, Alsenztal bike path. Short distances to the Palatinate Forest or the Hunsrück. The apartment is very quietly located at the German Sandstone Park. Parking is available on the low-traffic road.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Lassen Sie den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen und bewundern Sie die unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Hof.

Quiet apartment

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen und Radtouren in den Hunsrück, das Nordpfälzer Bergland, die Naheregion oder Rheinhessen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von ca. 10 km.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
