The villa offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, a fully equipped kitchen, darts, table football, trampoline and volleyball. Three bicycles and one e-bike can be rented for €10 per bike per day. Svetvinčenat and Žminj are nearby, while Rovinj and Poreč are ideal for day trips.
