New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Large cottage with 10 min walk to the water.

Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on small enclosed gravel road in quiet summerhouse area. Large almost completely enclosed, secluded grounds with sun all day. Possibility of ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and exit to the sun farm. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. It has room for everyone whether you want to leave a puzzle or read, play, or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located on their own distribution hall with sliding doors to the sun farm.

Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks
