On the jetty there are sun loungers, a large dining table with 8 chairs in teak and a bathing ladder for comfortable bathing. Within walking distance there is a sauna, paddle courts and kayaks for rent. The sea house has on the first floor an open living room with kitchen and a toilet with shower and washing machine. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Nearby is a boat ramp for launching your own boat. Welcome to this amazing place.

The home is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the home there is a patio with table and chairs and a barbecue.
