Cozy cottage overlooking Öresjö in a quiet residential area close to nature. Sleeping loft with two beds and sofa bed for two persons. Fireplace for cozy fires is available, and firewood is included. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is located about 1 km away from the public swimming area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20-minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps kvarn.

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

The Wedge: a forest oasis - close to lake and castle

The Wedge is a 40 sqm tiny house for two, designed by award-winning architect Gonzalo Iturriaga. Nestled in a pine forest near Torpanäset Nature Reserve, it blends comfort, design, and sustainability. Explore forest trails, swim in the lake, or rent a boat. Pearl at Ärtingen

Whether you like peace or speed, you can enjoy this cabin. Peace can be enjoyed with coffee on the terrace, where a pergola protects from rain or sun if desired. From the terrace you have control over the children's main attraction on the plot, the trampoline. If you prefer to rest your eyes on Lake Ärtingen, it is a soothing eye-catcher. If you want to swim, have a beach picnic, paddle SUP or canoe, you can get 150 meters to a jetty or 200 meters to a shallow beach at Ärtingen.

Spring Cottage

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in the middle of nature where you are not disturbed by traffic or neighbors. The forest is right around the corner where there are good opportunities to walk and pick mushrooms and berries. Proximity to several lakes where you can swim and fish (3-5 km) Take the opportunity to enjoy a lovely spa or sauna. Possibility to use charcoal grill and barbecue area outdoors. No smoking indoors is allowed. Cleaning is included in the rent.

Solsidan

Newly-renovated lakefront cottage of 70 m2 with amazing views of Öresjö and its own jetty for swimming and relaxation. Here you live quietly and close to nature but still close to Borås and activities. The cottage has a large terrace facing the lake and is fully equipped with kitchen, fresh bathroom, washing machine and dryer. Fast Wi-Fi and large TV available for comfortable evenings. Towels and bed linen are included, so you can travel light and just enjoy your stay by the water.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation. A small house with morning sun that extends to the afternoon. 300 meters to the swimming lake, 20 minutes to Borås. You are responsible for cleaning, bed linens and towels are included or rented at a cost of SEK 200 per person. This is paid in cash on site to the landlord. Pet-free and smoke-free accommodation. Apartment on small Västgötagård

Welcome to a small apartment in the farm's barn with its own patio and nature as well as the sheep in the barn. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with a larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to a fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car at the house.
