A personally decorated rental home on the 2nd floor of a patrician, which is occupied by a sweet and welcoming family. We share the staircase. The apartment has been newly renovated with, among other things, a delicious kitchen where you can cook for the whole family. The light and the views are beautiful! We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.
