A quiet area with bus connections to both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). In this national romantic house from 1905, you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, grill and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's fantastic sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and carefully renovated house with carpentry joy and high coziness factor. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

Spacious and cosy family villa close to everything

Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 10 and 14). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 7 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.
