Newly built guest house of 25 m2, centrally located in Skanör with Falsterbo - close to the beach, nature, restaurants, Skanör harbour, Falsterbo Horse Show, Falsterbo Bird Show, Flommen Golf Club, Falsterbo Golf Club, bus connections and grocery store. If you arrive by car there are good parking facilities as well as the possibility of electric car chargers and from the Triangle bus stop it is only 150 meters. Sheets & towels, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower cream, Bose bluetooth speaker, etc. are in place.

Forget about everyday worries in this newly renovated home in central Skanör. Close to the city center, the harbor, the beach, restaurants and shops, the City Park, the bus stop, hustle and bustle but is still peaceful. This home is suitable for both the family, overnight stays in connection with the group of friends who will play a 4-ball at some of Näset's fantastic golf courses or visit Falsterbo Horse Show. For longer stays, a turn to Copenhagen is recommended, which is just under an hour away by bus and train.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

The guesthouse has a separate bedroom with 180cm double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed (140cm) & an extra bed. Fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Travel cot and bikes are available. The cottage has a private patio with lounge group and dining table, as well as access to free parking with charging for electric car. Welcome!

There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
