Washing machine, dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5 m) with table, chairs, umbrella & grill. 600 meters to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200 meters to the stop for city bus 1.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Right next to the Love Path in the middle of classic Falsterbo is this charming and fresh summer house. The beach, Skanör or Falsterbos, is no more than a minute's bike path away, as are the golf courses. The property consists of two buildings; one building has a kitchen, dining area and living room. The second one has three bedrooms all with separate entrance and great storage options as well as a bathroom with washing machine. You have access to the whole house and whole garden when you rent.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Hellerup station and has a separate entrance. It is approximately 70 m2 and has 2 rooms. One with a combined kitchen, dining room and bathroom, and one with a combined bedroom and living room. The room has a bed for 2 people and a sofa bed. In addition, there is a small toilet at the entrance.
